I have stayed here dozens of times. The satff is friendly, and I have had the pleasure of getting to know the manager Jeff Pecor. He is a good man, and this hotel values its guests. Its not fancy, but the WiFi is fast, the beds are comfortable, and the staff always lets me have a noon checkout. I am 100% happy to stay here whenever I need too.
I know its cheap but damn. When all you hear all night is fake moans from being pounded by pencil dick. Add sound proof rooms for hoe hook ups, plus the next morning no damn water. How can you run a business and have no running water. Hateful ass employees also. Unless you are staying for your 10 minute booty calls go else where.
I use CLC corporate lodging which means I have 12 hours from check in to check out for the second time I was disturbed by housekeeping waking me up to ask if I was staying another night! Lady at check-in was nice but evidently they do not read contracts they sign into,I would not recommend this. Hotel customer service is the last thing on their minds
Rooms were very nice and clean. Location was convenient and being next to Walmart and Dollar General made everything easier. The service was also great..
We had an emergency and had to stay there one night. The staff was awesome. It was quiet and clean, and the decor and beds were super comfortable. Plus the check out time was at a decent hour. I'd definitely stay again.
Breakfast and clean rooms. The double bed rooms are a good size. There are also safes in the rooms
My fiance ran into her ex while we were staying here. He attempted to hit her until a guy stopped it. The owner then made her leave and was very disrespectful. I wouldn't recommend anyone stay here with this kind of service.
The room itself was very clean, nicely setup, and comfortable. The bed was a little too firm but that may just be about personal preference. Also, the comforters were thin and stiff which made for a fairly uncomfortable and somewhat restless sleep.
There were plenty of outlets to charge devices for a family of 4. Outlets even have usb plugs so if you don't have your cube, you're still good to go!
The bathroom could've used some work, (shower head seemed old & clogged) There was some build up on the walls but it was nothing too bad to be concerned about. The one thing that I feel is worth mentioning is that the shower head was prob. about 5'5" from the ground, so if you're tall you may not be comfortable in the shower.
The staff that I spoke with, were very friendly but the entire time I was there, there was no wifi. One of the employees said it was the local service provider so I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt on that.
The parking spots in front of the rooms were a little tight together, but the parking lot itself isn't wide so there should be plenty of spots available close by.
Overall it was a very positive experience, close to several (mostly fast) food options, wal-mart, dollar general, and the freeway (the 26)
I'd definitely stay here again.
Everything was good room was super nice until we laid down for about 30 minutes and we seen two different bed bugs and went to leave at 1 in the morning and was refused to be able to give us our money back. Even had pictures for proof up close and one showing the whole room with bed bug in it.
This motel needs a plumber. With all the new motels maybe this one should be taken down. The pool is already filled with concrete.
Great mattress, but sheet had a rip and blanket had a cigarette burn hole. Also only one lamp worked, but three didn't. Shower flow was limited.
Love the place, but didting have a iron in the room.i sleep, like a Queen at this motel.yes,I'll come back here..and have breakfast here, but it wasn't prepared for the elders was there.too.im disappointed on that part.pray get better on that part.but other then that,I sleep good at the motel.love it.
My husbands great aunt come up from Knoxville for a week for a family event not even 2 months ago. We had to send her across town because of this motel and the other ones in the area. The cops were there at the time dealing with the locals on site that live there. The prices were most definitely fair though. But from what ive seen they are like the other 2 in that stretch of area, too many locals and cops are around alot.
It was fine. The beds reasonable, and the thermostat and hot water worked. Location felt safe. That's most of what I look for.
Horrible! Please do not take your family here! We were traveling with our baseball team, booked online because we weren't familiar with the area. When we arrived, it took forever to get checked in, because the front desk clerk was unfamiliar with online booking procedures. (No fault of hers, she called her manager to walk her through it. No big deal) when I finally got my room it smelled like an ashtray. I went back to the front desk, and the clerk offered to change our room. As I'm waiting for a new room, two drug addicts walked in. Dirty, barefooted (black feet) drooling. (I've never seen a drug addict in person, but these two were poster children for meth use. Sores on their faces, jumpy, barely able to talk etc) I expected the clerk to tell them to leave. Or advise them they couldn't "hang out" in the lobby. But she seemed to be friends with them. That was it for us. We advised the rest of the team and found another hotel. Holiday Inn Express in Johnson City was fabulous and exceeded our expectations! (I wouldn't give them one star. but it wouldn't let me post until I did!)
