  Highly recommend. They rescued us at the airport when we experienced a faux pas with our rental and picked us up the next morning. Wonderful, friendly drivers.

  Actually they have always been a five star cab service in my opinion, until these past few months. This summer I had a reservation for a cab so I could be picked up and take to my next destination. Once arrived at the location I was going to, I gathered my belongings and stepped out the vehicle. The moment the driver pulled away, I noticed I forgotten my cellphone and the cellphone case was a wallet. So my phone, credit cards, debit cards, social security card, etc. Of course I could call the company right away since my phone was in that vehicle. Once I had Internet access, I got on my lap and did a location trace of my cell phone. It shower it traveling in the cab that just dropped me off. After a while when I had a phone I was able to use I called the Cab company explaining what had happened. The driver that picked me up said she hadn't seen it and that she had no other passengers. An hour later with a full battery charger, someone turned off my unit(only one person would have it since no "passengers" were in the vehicle after me). And two hours after the phone being shut off, someone used one of my cards at a Walmart and spent over $150. I called the office, left messages, not only on the voicemail but also with employees. I also emailed, and messaged the company on Facebook. No one has returned my calls, no one answered my text. I had to immediately cancel everything from my cell phone to my credit and debit cards. Maybe the company will see this and respond. After that incident, the company either in my eyes has been slacking driver turnover, not showing up for scheduled rides. Charging $20-$40 more then prior charges. So the cost is a minimum of 10 miles at $2.50 a mile. So even going two miles you have to pay $25. And anything over 10 miles drops to $2 a mile. I had to go 26 miles, and the driver said ge spoke to his boss and the charge would be $90 for a 26 mile ride. So what's going on with what used to be a five star cab company now just trying to hang on by a thread.

  I cannot recommend Sunshine, and John, specifically, enough. When our RV broke down outside Carlsbad, we call Sunshine to help. John arrived earlier than promised and drove myself and my three kids off a busy highway to safety. The van was spacious, clean, and cool. John was friendly and a full of local knowledge. We asked him to take us to Carlsbad Caverns to make our reservation while my husband waited for the tow truck. However, when we made it to the Caverns, John noticed there was no reception so rather than risk leaving us stranded, he waited and was there to take us to a hotel. He also went back for my husband and helped him load an RV full of gear into his van to transport to the hotel. We honestly felt like John was a part of our family that day and we are grateful not only for his impeccable and professional service, but also his sound judgment and care.

  This is by far the most excellent company I've dealt with. Great people, very helpful! Prompt and courteous service! Fair pricing! Safe drivers! If you need a ride, definitely use Sunshine cab!

  $160 from Roswell, NM to Carlsbad, NM I was expecting much less since it wasn't a Uber or a Lyft. Lyft wanted $173. The driver Angel arrived in 20 minutes. The interior of the vehicle was clean and comfortable.
  
  Angel was very pleasant, was a joy to speak with, and provided great company on our 1 hour 20 minute journey to Carlsbad.
  
  She drove in a safe and efficient manner while getting me to my destination. Will use this local company again over Uber/Lyft .
