this place is TRASH!!! food was overprice. service was poor! not to mention that the waiters are thief! and good gosh, they love to put buttload of salt in their meals

Very disappointed at the service this place offered. As soon as my group of friends and I sat down we felt rush we wanted to take our time to view the menu. The waitress we had seemed to me as she was in a rush and we later found out we were her last customers for her shift. What made this a horrible experience was how I was overcharged $10 then what my total balance was and not even told a thing. Will I be going here? Heck No!

Food is not all that great but the view is very nice. If you are there during sunset and it is not cloudy, you can enjoy the golden sky with breathtaking view of the lagoon. The place is expensive but worth it.

I give the food and drink 5 stars but the service a 1!!! Just arrived in Key West around lunchtime. We are staying at the Pier House right next door. Our room wasn't ready so we wandered out and stopped by the bar because it looked festive. We ordered a drink at the bar then went to the tables. No one would come take our order. My husband went to the bar to ask for a server. He said he'd send one over. No one ever came, he then asked a waitress who said I'll be right over, again never came. He finally stood and waited while another waitress took some people's order that had just showed up. By then I was done and ready to go. The heat index was 103. But my husband proceeded to order anyway. She finally brought us some water to drink. The food came quickly and was wonderful. After finishing she brought the check but never came to pick it up to run the card. After another 20 minutes in 103 heat I didn't feel well and we got up to leave. My husband found her and paid. I want to note they weren't busy at all. Five times more tables empty than were taken. I just don't understand. The waitresses didn't even bring the food out. So probably 3 is too many stars but the food was so good. I have never left a review for anywhere so I'm not someone that complains about service

This was our best meal all week in the Keys my husband got the black Mahi tacos and I got the chicken tacos the presentation was fun and the food was delicious. Great over the water place to eat. Oh, and the food came out so fast!!

In the area hunting for food and maybe catch the sunset. Sunset Pier to the rescue! Really enjoyable experience. Really good food. Sitting on a pier and watching all kinds of boats including sail boats and a huge cruise ship while enjoying family time over dinner with decent music and the best part was the sunset!

Good food at an amazing location. Insanely crowded at sunset, so get there in time. We went there right after, when the sky was still so pretty but the place was way less crowded

I really want to put a 1 star review. I did not want to tip our waitress, but we didplease know that having a lot of great reviews does not mean it is going to be good or a good experience. It is sad because we drive 13 hours to be in Key West.

We seemed to be lied to ever since we sat down. We sat at a table next to the bar. They said they are not taking orders at the table. They are at the tables on the other side of the pier, way far away from the bar. The girl lied to us twice after that also.
