Fran, Alexander, Julian and Steve have all been so extremely friendly and a joy to work with. I appreciate all four of you! And a special thanks to Alexander for working with us from start to finish and getting our A/C relocated to another part of our yard. The finished product is exactly what we hoped for! Eric is and will always be a fantastic tech that serviced my heater. The company as a whole went above and beyond. Eric gave me a courtesy call to let me know he was headed to my location in 20 min and he got here on time. He was extremely professional and polite. Great guy to talk to and very knowledgeable about my problem. He respected my property and kept everything clean. He explained step by step what was happening and answered all my questions without being annoyed. Overall great experience with him and the company Sunset Heating and Cooling. Will use them again and again.

They have done work for us before. And the old owner who lived here for 20 years used them. Very reliable. Wrote down things that need to be taken care of. They never try to sell you anything extra or tell you something needs fixing now, that really doesn't need. We replaced water heater with them. Office staff is terrific.
