I was told Mike would be there on Saturday. He was'nt then a mechanic told me he was helping out. He tried to deny that there 30D c class rv was in deep water the water level was visible on the cargo doors and a electric module inside is all rusted out. This was new and many items inside were broken doors, trim on bunks. The last thing I want is to buy a rolling problem they can repair.

The staff there, would rather turn customers away, rather than wait on them, their inspections of units new or used (for trade in) will give you a very hard time about not calling in first, would rather not sell RV's and just sit in the office doing nothing, would not recommend this place

Sunny Island RV graciously accepted my towed in RV and was short on time due to needing my RV for a family presentation. Sunny Island RV was not only able to get my RV up and running, but patiently took on more unexpected task in just a few days . They were very professional and pointed out things that were needed and most of all not needed for purchase at this time. I appreciate their honesty very much and the time and effort that was put into my RV in such a short notice. Let face it when you take a vehicle anywhere and it's time to pay the bill your purchasing integrity and honesty . Thank you Sunny Island RV and the entire crew you were all awesome

We were first time Rv buyers and it was a great experience all around. Keith & the sales crew were very friendly and knowledgeable. Jeff, the GM, was courteous and able to answer all our questions. As well as Kim & Steve & the service techs on our walk through. So excited to take out our 30ft travel trailer. Just an all around fantastic experience, highly recommend. Happy campers here!!!

Excellent service. Delivered as promised.

We dropped our camper off for a warranty repair recently. I also asked to have a WD hitch installed on pick up. SIRV had it about a week and we made arrangements to pick it up. It was a 2 hour one way drive for us. We showed up much earlier than expected and Steve and his team stopped what they were working on to install the hitch while we waited. We were in and out in about an hour. We were very happy with the service.

Gre a t place for service. Steve is the best there is. Make sure you ask for him in service. Kevin in parts is also knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Truly a great place in an industry noted for disappointment.

Worked with Keith in February to purchase a used Roadtrek, very accommodating and promised a thorough service check prior to purchase. When we put her on the road in June, discovered that it had not been winterized, so water lines and water pump had to be replaced here in MI. Currently working with Steve to get reimbursement for that $700 "oversight". Hopeful that they will make this right as many of the reviews are so positive. We will post again when this is resolved.
WE RECEIVED THE CHECK IN THE MAIL THIS WEEK--VERY APPRECIATIVE THAT STEVE "LISTENED" AND ACTED.

We were driving cross country and our fridge went down. Stopped in for a few hours and Brad and Steve took such great care of us. Brad fixed it quickly and we were back on the road. If I could leave 6 stars I would.
