If RV Resort living is your game, this is a great place. The staff have been warm and helpful to us. The amenities are great. The pool and spa is kept clean. They also do a great job of keeping the local riff raff out with a fence and gate. It's also a quiet resort, mostly snow birds from Canada and some year-round residents. We saw very few noisy kids here.

Verizon 4G LTE comes in extremely well.

Some drawbacks are that they are very strict about limiting dog walking to the South side of the resort. A number of residents spread bird seed which brings in flocks of pigeons, doves, grackles, and other flying-poop machines that leave a mess on your roof. Also, the resort Wi-Fi is limited to one device per space, and if you stream movies on it, they kick you off. But if you can use your cellphone's data plan, you're better off using that.

Otherwise, for the low monthly prices, you get friendly staff, lots of peace and quiet, and no fugly neighbors.

This is a great RV Resort with lots of activities, wonderful staff and a tremendous sense of community. Overnighters are always welcome but most come to stay for 1 to 5 months of warm winter climate and outdoor activities.

Everyone here is so nice and the staff is very helpful. The amenities are great and we love the pool! This has been one of our favorite places to stay by far! And the sunsets are unlike any other.

we traveled down to Kannapolis to spend Christmas with our son. had stayed at Microtel all over the US. as well as other hotel from high class MGM grand in Las Vegas to motel 6.This is the worst place we have ever stayed.worn stained bed linen, no clean towels, food was gross, no coffee until almost 9 am. staff on cell phones, and standing outside smoking, no one answers phone, people waiting at desk for check in and assistance. teenagers riding bikes down stair wells and through hall ways.loud music in parking lot at 6:30 am. will never stay at Microtel again.

Some things are weird to work with but overall very nice place. The pool is warm and very friendly. Loved our 7 day stay.
