I had the misfortune of having to load here. The lady in the office, her name is Laticia, is one of the rudest people I have had to do business with in a long time.So unless you happen to be Mexican, expect a bad experience!
Someone needs to let her know, this is America! You need to be at least respectful of everyone, not just the Mexican drivers!!!!!
