  Came to buy our 9 year old son his first snowboard here. Tim was very helpful with finding a board that's most appropriate for his riding style. He seemed knowledgeable and convenient to our needs. Thank you!! We have been coming here for 3 years to fill our family's skiing and snowboarding needs and will continue to come for the friendly staff, sales items, and sock selections!

  They carry great product and have a knowledgeable staff that can set you up. Bought an arbor Element which they recommended and it is perfect, performs exactly as they said it would.

  Staff was very personable. One of the staff members provided us with a lot of knowledge buying snowboard boots. He also took his time with showing us boots and showed us the boots based on what we needed. Very friendly staff!

  We just had an awesome experience at Sun Valley Sports. I went in to return a new pair of skis that I bought at the BMBW open house this fall. They were happy to take the return (they had not been used) but were also very helpful with finding new skis that fit my needs. I started with a young man that is tall with glasses (didn't catch his name) who was quite knowledgeable but then the 3rd generation owner Lily chimed in. She was amazing! She provided even more detailed info. on the skis I was considering as she had skied on those particular ones in the past. She then didn't like the way my new boots were fitting so she altered them and then provided a heat molding for my ski boots! Also, Lily was very kind and patient with my children and didn't pressure my husband who plans to buy new boots later into the season. Overall, we could not recommend this place more! Make sure to ask for Lily. :-)

  Awesome staff! Frequently interacting with the community with meet ups, competitions and fun days. Prices seem fair in my opinion, you COULD get stuff for a small margin cheaper online but it just doesn't seem worth it when they are willing to help you make sure you are getting the right thing. Staff is knowledgeable, as they all skate/ski/snowboard.

  Wrong hours posted online, it is Memorial Day weekend and I am finally free and not working. 15 minutes past opening time which is posted on the door, 11am.
  
  There are no signs posted on door or window stating they are closed this weekend, store states they will be closed memorial Monday that is all.
  
  Seems like these kids can't get out or bed or the owner doesn't care about business. Talked to and watched 4 people leave outside their door. Better shape up and I'm taking my business elsewhere.
