I brought in a coupon and was told "It doesn't apply to Nissans." Thought that was weird but I just wanted my brakes done, so I said ok. Got a call later. Their diagnosis of the front seems to be correct but they also mentioned my "rear disc brakes". Ummy car has rear drum brakes. Won't go back there.

The team really took care of me! They found the problem with my tire that had been over looked by two other shops. They've made a loyal customer out of me. 👍🏾

The best experience of car repair I've ever had!!
Dealership told me $450 to repair bent rim. Took it to Sun Tire to quote and the rim was fine. Puncture in Tire. Easy 30 min patch job and I was out the door paying $0!!!
Rating = 11/10

Very knowledgeable and courteous staff that does a thorough job with the maintenance and care of my daughter's car and mine. You get the service and value that you'd expect for the money, which isn't to say they're expensive, but they're folks who understand that you work hard for your money so they value your business.

Low tire pressure light came on and I happened to be driving right beside this place. Drove up, told the gentleman my concern, he diagnosed the problem quickly (screw in tire), fixed it within 20 minutes. This has to be the cleanest tire store everplus my tire repair was FREE!! YES, FREE! I highly recommend them! They have my business from now own.

I have used this location over the years and the staff has been courteous and helpful. A recent alignment was done quickly and the findings explained in detail. I have gotten some good deals on tires in the past.

Needed 4 new tires on short notice for a regular 4 door honda accord, not a wierd size. Called around couldn't find anything until I needed to be out of town. Sun Tire was already on my list to call. I've done good business with them before but today even after calling around see what's out there I am here. From the time that my call was picked up the people are nice and also with urgency. I Hope the Sun Tire in Jacksonville will be as pleasant as this one.

So I got a flat and had to tow my car here cause my spare was flat as well. I bought brand new tires and spend an uber amount of money to buy extra warranties and a protection plan. I basically got the works when it came to tires so I wouldn't have to worry about it. I come back the next day to take care of everything and behold they refuse to cover the tire. Something about missing a tire rotation voided all the money I paid to protect a tire that was still within its warranty. Never will I come back to these people.
