  Sun Tan City’s credit card policy is ridiculous. If you don’t have a current credit card on file you CANNOT tan period. Even if you are already paid in full for the month. I wish Southern Rays was still around. I’ve had enough of Sun Tan City’s corporate greed.

  Awesome place to tan! It can be expensive, monthly packages are recommended. But you have a friendly staff, excellent tanning options, great hours and the best beds in Lexington

  Gf goes all the time. I got a free spray tan. I would never pay 25 or 30 dollars for a spray tan tho. Great place to tan just expensive.

  Well first of all, all I wanted to do was call a specific store and get a price quote on a versa sunless tan and I couldn't even do THAT. When you call, it tells you for pricing please visit the website, however when you click on the pricing tab, there are NO prices! It tells you to go to the full site but there is nothing there either. Then, i tried calling the number again and it gives you 4 different options. I picked 4 because I am a new customer. Well, I was on hold for 5 minutes before the call hung up on me! It was a huge waste of time and I am sorry but I am not going to bother walking into a place if I cant even get answers to my questions over the phone. If their answering system is this screwed up, I can only imagine how the business is organized. It is too corporate for Lexington. They need to improve their answering system if they want to make it easier for their customers! I want to talk to a person, not a robot! Very disappointing!

  I tried tanning for the first time at sun city. I informed the girl at the counter that I haven't used a tanning bed before. They did not offer a walk through on the beds or room. I had a bad experience. Please provide tours for new people to your establishment.
