Carlon has been the only roofer I've used for over 20 years. They have replaced my roof twice (the first one lasted 20 years) and switched out all of my gutters. Service in-between is always quick, and very reasonably priced.

I want to thank the staff and crew of Carlton Roofing for the work done on my home. I was overwhelmed with the damage done by a fallen tree. My son suggested I call Carbon for an estimate. Rich Lasky responded the next day. His level of professionalism and knowledge was immediate. Within a few days, a crew and materials arrived. Their workmanship and attention to detail was impressive. Professional and expert service. I can't say enough positive things about this company. They walked us through understanding the damage to our roof and explained how the insurance company adjusted our claim. Their contractors did a fantastic job and left everything spotless when they left, even combing through the grass with special magnets. I highly recommend this company.

In looking at advertisements for the service I needed, I chose Carlon and could not be more pleased with my selection. I place TRUST first in the selection process. Carlon Roofing earned my trust from the first contact. Meeting the owner reinforced this opinion. The work itself was done on time, as promised, by technicians who were skilled, careful, friendly, and professional. And, Gary's followup visit was most appreciated.

Carlon fixed a small roof leak. I received a call from the technician, Danny, exactly when I was advised to expect his call to ensure someone was home. After the repair, Danny gave me his card and cell phone with directions to call him directly if there were any issues with the fix.

I had a roof leak and two leaks from the gutters, all at the same time, impacting my second floor bedrooms and master bath. Danny was very easy to work with. He arrived on time, did a good job of identifying the issues and fixed them that same afternoon. He didn't give me the run around, or make me wait to fix the problem. Good customer service. The work was done fast and well. I have not had any more problems with my gutters or leak, since he came out. I hope I don't need them anytime soon, but if I do I am definitely going with Carlon Roofing again.

I was very impressed with the level of professionalsim that my wife and I received from Carlon Roofing. The communication was great at all levels. They treated us like they wanted our business. Even after a small thing came up that needed to be looked at after the repairs were finished, they were literally at my house in 15 minutes. Great work and service! I am very pleased with my decision to use Carlon Roofing. While other roofers told me they could save me some money by cutting corners, Jack insisted on doing the job right. I am glad I listened to him. He is a man of integrity.
His crew was professional and extremely hardworking. They showed up early in the morning and worked late into the evening.
After the job was complete, Elizabeth followed up to ensure my expectations were met. I have no issue recommending Carlon Roofing for any roofing job.
The roof has been on for about a month and it looks great.

Carlon Roofing recently put a new roof on our house. Their price was competitive and the finished product looks very nice. The installation process went smoothly as well. Jack Carlon is very accessible and willing to answer questions and address any concerns. The company put a roof on our old house 20 years ago and we were pleased then and pleased now. We would use Carlon Roofing again.

Based on reviews I read online, I called to get an estimate on my gutters from this company. A gentleman came out that same week then said I would get an email estimate in a day or two. After a week, I had no estimate. I called the company, they said that technician quit. It took them another week to send a tech to redo my estimate. Allegedly someone came out but I never received an estimate. I needed the estimates quickly for insurance/court reasons. After going back and forth with this company for a month, I never received any estimates at all. I feel this company cannot handle all the business they are trying to get and are extremely disorganized.

My roof was damaged in a storm when an EF0 tornado passed within a mile of our house. We needed to have the leak repaired, since more heavy rain was on the way in a couple of days. Carlon Roofing was quick to come out, and see what needed to be done. The owner personally came out to inspect our roof the same day, and he quickly dispatched one of his workers, and our roof was repaired that afternoon. We have had a leak in this area for several years, and no the roofing company we had out for repairs have fixed it. It was leaking around an attic vent, so they caulked the vent, and replaced the shingles, and we have not had a leak since.

I will need a new roof in several years, and I definitely will call on Carlon to replace our roof. Their customer service was outstanding from quickly getting the leak fixed, to follow up customer service to make sure everything was done to our repair.

Had our roof replaced in March 2015. They did excellent work both inside and outside. The work done on inside remedied leaks from the previous roof. Could not have dealt with a better company.

I am very pleased with Carlon Roofing. My elderly mom had several areas in her ceiling that were showing water stain/leaking whenever it rained. She was concerned she needed a new roof. We talked to a friend who recommended we call Carlon - he is an insurance adjuster & had used their company a few months ago. They came out & determined she did not need an entire roof, just a few repairs that included replacing a valley in the roof slope, and in another area replacing a cracked boot, using a better made lead boot. The repairs were finished in a timely manner, totally to our satisfaction and for a fair price.My mom was very pleased with the gentleman who did the repairs - she said he was very polite and explained everything so she could understand it. The repairs
have taken care of her problems - no more leaks!! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for quality work at a fair price.

The final product I am very satisfied with. Jack Carlon was very accessible and worked with my insurance company while dealing with different findings once they got into the job. My only negatives are that I am still finding nails. screws and pieces of metal in my landscaping 2 months later, and that the office personnel called to request money prior to the job being completed. Overall, they did good work. If you value your fruit or garden items however you may want to make them off limits ahead of time with the workers.

Carlon Roofing made this project much easier and more affordable than we had expected. They provided multiple local addresses with different shingle styles and colors so we could really appreciate the different options and could pick the best shingle for our house. Carlon Roofing also expedited the installation at our house so that the whole process was completed without any inconvenience to us. They did an excellent job cleaning up after themselves and the end product has tremendous curb appeal.
