The staff at Summit were very helpful and courteous. And while everyone else was closed, they were still open. They were even kind enough to help a friend who had booked through a competitor, but had been non responsive and given very unclear directions as how to obtain the condo key. I will definitely be calling them next year!

Our vacation was perfect the accommodations were excellent it was a beautiful place to stay it made our family trip so special I hope soon to return and get settlers Creek 6565 again I’m gonna pass the word around to my flight attendant friends and maybe we can rent it out for a week in the future thank you again for making our holiday special!

We had a great stay at a SummitCove operated property this past weekend. The unit was exactly as described and had all the important household items you'd need for a short, two-night stay. We had one issue where the kitchen sink stopped up, but we called down to the office and they had maintenance come out within 30 minutes and the issue was immediately resolved. You also can't be the mile drive to Keystone! Would recommend and definitely return.

We booked a last-minute stay at the Flying Dutchman condos in Keystone. We had a wonderful, pleasant experience with all staff - starting with an online chat. Upon check-in, the staff were super friendly, informative and readily available for any questions we had throughout our stay. The condo itself was great! We were rather surprised with how well the condo was stocked. We had brought many of our own supplies, but every thing we needed was available in the condo. Having a fireplace and firewood was fantastic as it was super cold the two nights we stayed. The bed was very comfortable. The bedroom was very dark at night, which was great considering it was on the first floor and the windows faced the parking lot. Very quiet, also great considering its proximity to the parking lot. Very much appreciated having the snow equipment lockers, which were right down the hall from the condo. Check-out was super easy - just called the office to inform them we were leaving and were able to leave the keys inside the condo. Overall a great experience. Would definitely rent with Summit Cove Vacation Lodging again and would stay at the Flying Dutchman condos. Thank you!

Condo was clean and comfortable. Wonderful customer service. I was lost late at night and they gave me turn by turn directions to my condo at 9:30pm after hours.

Not sure why some people had a rough time with this company! Staff was very friendly during check in and room was spotless. Looked EXACTLY as expected from pictures and a very good location! Wifi was excellent, cell service was great (verizon).
The only thing I wish I would have known before hand was the memory foam mattress! Very luxurious, however I don't sleep well on itresponse / report this review -

Great company with some really nice properties! They texted me when the property was ready early and offer guest discounts with stays. Easy check-in that is open late and they are there to help with whatever we need. Highly recommend!

Great place to live other than spotty cellular service. Location is amazing with swan mountain to Breckenridge access, is before the Keystone traffic for the most part and right off 70.

What a dive, room was dirty with mice poop etc. They also lie about bed sizes, they are different than what is posted. Additionally, the management is extremely rude. Stay away!!
