So, we moved into our unit on 11/6/21. We relocated from a different state, so w ha family who helped with funding this home. In so many ways, it's a nice place to live. I have no issues with office staff, and the home itself. I do have major concerns with getting work orders completed. We still have things from our move in list that have not been completed. . The makeready that was supposed to I'mhave been done, was horrible. The unit was not cleaned well. We spent 2 days removing dead wasps nest from around the doors, and in the garage. No one bothered to remove the cob webs. The cabinets were not cleaned. I have 3 tubs, with rotted out drains. I did one of the drain replacements myself, and purchased the drain. The other 2 are still needing to be done. I now have a leaking dishwasher. No idea when that will be repaired. I'm am absolutely frustrated with the lack of maintenance, and the fact that no one even seems to care. Would I recommend this property, yes, but with caution.

Amanda is absolutely incredible! This office is very responsive and handles every situation head on! Everyone in the office has made it a point to get to know my family, and has bent over backwards to make my renting experience pleasurable and enjoyable. I cannot say enough good things about Summit. Thank you guys so much for being so flexible, helpful, and enjoyable to rent with!

Debbie was awesome but unfortunately she does not work there anymore. She was the only one who cared about any of the renters. After she left the customer service was absolutely horrible. They are very disorganized and never on the same page with each other. One of the worst places I have lived because of the people in the office. They are absolutely rude. I would not recommend to anyone to live here.

They called me to try and get me take it down. I love to leave good reviews to help places out. Just go look at my other reviews! They are all 5 stars. I just can’t do that because I don’t want someone to have a bad experience like I have had.
