    THEY ARE THIEVES.

I/we went there twice in one week. The first time they charged $24.00 for two glasses of house wine that should have been $11. during happy hour. The waiter corrected after I brought it to his attention and made it sound like they were doing me a favor. "The manager gave you a credit."

Tonight, 12/21, ordered the artisan meat & cheese plate. Knowing now to check the bill, they charged $15. instead of the happy hour advertised price of $12. So different item, and this time a waitress. When I confronted the manager, she blamed it on "the computer." When I told her I did not want to hear any excuses inasmuch as this was the second time in a week, with different items and different servers, she caused a scene and tried to embarrass me in front of the other customers.

And so even when they are caught stealing, they are not sophisticated enough, nor trained, not to attempt to cause emotional distress to their customers. They are 'low-rent characters' masquerading as a high class dinner house.

I was under the impression that this restaurant was one of the best in service due to their food prices. I was so MISTAKEN; I had reservations last night for dinner @ 7:30PM. When I get to the young woman handling the front desk, I checked in and she tells me that there will be a 35 min past 7:30PM to get to my table. WHAT? I told her I made reservation for 7:30PM and it is 7:10PM (Arrived early to have a drink) so to make this story short… They sat us down at 8:10PM under heavy complaints to the manager. This restaurant is surely run by Amateurs with NO Professionals in sight. My night was RUINED and my guest had a terrible time due to the dreadful discussion I had to have with the so-called manager that they had sent to try to remedy the situation. I would not recommend this place AT ALL for its service, if you want yours and the guest you bring to have an abysmal night regarding service this is your place to go. I would give this place a ZERO in stars but Google is compassionate and forces me to give them a one star under heavy duress I do this!

My family really hyped this place up, but I personally found it to be rather average.

We had reservations, but we're seated about 20 minutes late. I ordered the summit cut prime rib, medium rare. It was decent, but I've had way better prime rib for half the price. All in all, I felt the presentation was very lacking for what is considered to be upscale dining.

I'm sure the view is great, but we were seated in the center of the dining room so we sure couldn't see much. Also, it was extremely loud and trying to have a conversation with someone across the table was not easy.

Great food, service, and cocktails! I am not usually a fan of prime rib, but I guess i had never had it done right unto until I went here. The horseradish that came with it was also amazing. The sides were phenomenal. Only downside was the price. Quite expensive but totally worth it for an anniversary meal.

My husband and I went here for our first wedding anniversary last night, and it was the worst mistake! First of all, we weren't seated in the fancy dining hall, second of all we ordered filet mignon that was overdone, the vegetables were extremely salty and my water glass was sitting empty for over 10 minutes so I had to drink my husband's water. Since it was our anniversary, it was nice of them to give us a dessert, but we were never asked if we had a nut allergy. My husband cannot have nuts and we were served a dessert with nuts, so my husband had a bite without knowing. Needless to say, we won't be back! I wish we could redo our first anniversary!

Great place to celebrate a special occasion or just a nice evening dinner. The restaurant is family own. We went here to celebrate our anniversary and was treated like family. Our host Jennifer was very helpful and attentive. Food was great! My wife had the house special prime rib and I had the sea bass with a platora of side dishes. The lobster risotto was excellent albeit pricy at $20. Would give this place a five star, but want to reserve it for our next visit.

Spectacular! Classically beautiful restaurant and dining experience. So few still exist here in southern California. The view, the food, the service combined create a truly five star experience.

Went to a wedding. The view is gorgeous. The venue is gorgeous. The service was ok. Not really friendly but adequate. Slow serving food. Prior selection of prime rib. Received it rare. Asked if my husband and I could get medium well. She said sure. Out came back very well done and dry. We didn't complain. Since I am a vendor, unfortunately I could not recommend them again. I did recommend the bride that got married last night.

The overall experience was AMAZING. Highly recommend this place for a nice night out on the town. The views are to die for and the pot roast was perfectly cooked along with the Chilean sea bass which was tender and moist.

Thank you Summit House for making our anniversary GLORIOUS!

I had an Easter dinner with my family today. I ate a lobster bisque(soup) and crabmeat stuffed prawns(main). But both of foods were too salty today. I usually visit here a few times every year(Ester, Christmas, birthdays) and also I am usually satisfied, but not this time. I dont want to waste my money and time with my family. I hope that it will be better next time.

While visiting friends in California p, I was taken to a local favorite amongst college students and families. It's a fresh and healthy made to order "subway" of pizzas! Offering everything from gluten free pizza options to fully loaded meat and veggie offerings. The atmosphere is casual which is very welcoming to all patrons.

Aloha! This place have one of the best Prime Ribs. I may never return to Lawrys after tonight. My server Jennifer was Friendly Fast and reliable. We had the Summit house Cut and I had the Biggest Cut. The Yorkshire pudding the best. It included the cream of spinach and horse radish. I couldn't finish my steak. I was so full. The Summit house is awesome and I will dine here again tomorrow. I'll try the sea good next time.

Great service and amazing food. It is pricey but you definitely get what you pay for here. The creamed corn is delicious! I had the lamb shank which was cooked to perfection. The atmosphere is nice and comfortable, I would recommend dressing nicely for dinner
