We stayed at the Decatur 1787, Keystone unit and Summit County Mountain Retreats had it very clean, warm, and organized upon our arrival. We had a minor maintenance issue which we reported, and they fixed it same day while we were out skiing. Very satisfied.

In their previous reply to my other review they forgot to mention the part where they are charging me more for another property after cancelling my reservation one month before my arrival. My reservation was made since last June. If the company cancels your reservation out of nowhere, shouldn’t the company be responsible for finding another place for their customers for the same price? I guess not.

Thanks to them, I will not be able to go to a trip with my brother at all. Booking one month in advance costs too much and I don’t have that amount of money now. Thank you for ruining a trip we had been planning for a long time.

Seriously, if you’re reading this review and planning to book here, don’t consider it at all. Do not throw away your money with this joke of a company. Their customer service is TERRIBLE. Take a look at other reviews from other customers - it seems like the company always replies saying that the customer is lying about all the situations. Doesn’t that tell you something? Own up to your mistakes and stop tricking customers who want to spend a nice time. Potential customers, please take your business somewhere else! Don’t let them ruin your holidays like they did to me and my brother!

Just take a look at the reviews from other customers on other sites. This company is a joke. Don’t take it from me, look at it yourself.

What a fantastic rental company- booked my stay in Keystone with Summit County Mountain Retreats and they completely took care of us from Check-in to check-out. Condo was super clean and tasteful- excellent view of the slopes in Keystone at Oro Grande unit 210. I would recommend to a friend and stay again!!

I recently stayed at the Blue River cabin and we really enjoyed our stay! The management was easy to get a hold of and answered all of my questions right away. The cabin itself was gorgeous and very well kept. I can't wait to stay at this cabin again!

I am beyond disappointed and frankly a bit disgusted with Summit County Mountain Retreats and their customer service. I booked a quick family trip at one of their properties and the morning we were supposed to leave Denver to check in I got a call that my father had passed away. In the middle of my complete devastation I had mind enough to call them and let them know what was happening and that we would not be checking in that afternoon. I called at 9:00am, check in was at 3:00 or near there. I asked the woman if they would either give me a refund or a credit to let me rebook my stay. She told me she would need to talk with her manager and would get back with me. She called me THREE days later, the day we would have been checking out of our reservation to tell me they wouldn't be able to refund or credit. What they COULD do though is not charge me the cleaning fee of $100 since we hadn't dirtied anything.
When I returned I called to speak with a manager, no one was available to take the call, so I left a message with a call center person. No call back. I called again the next week, again, no manager. I spoke to the gentleman and explained what happened, he humored me and listened all the way through my story. Again "I will relay to my manager and have them call you." No call back.
If you are an owner of a property, please don't employ SCMR. They're customer service is outlandish and quite frankly doesn't exist. I will avoid all SCMR from this point forward for this very reason. No compassion, no heart, absolutely no retaining of a customer base. Had I known I would not be credited or refunded for my stay I would have gifted the stay to a friend or client.

I booked a rental condo online for a wedding, but was informed the next day that they rental wasn't available. There were no others available by the time we needed to book for our weekend, leaving us high and dry. The staff was unresponsive to my requests for help. Look elsewhere.

Wonderful Condo. Only 5 mins drive from door to base of the slope. Shuttle stop about 100 steps from the condo door. Beautiful interior and cozy with great views. The bed in the master is ridiculously comfy. We stayed at #2039 Pines.

Booking was good. Payment was as scheduled. Service issues began upon arrival to the unit. Was given incorrect access to unit. Attempted to call in to main line on a week day in the afternoon. When line is busy you go straight to voice mail. After 7 calls back to get a live person, we were given correct information to get in. Heat was shut off by owner and wall unit appeared to be working, and was not. Had to call maintenance to come over and turn heat back on - as it got to 54 degrees in the night. Maintenance was not friendly and dismissed out questions and then left. Maintenance also had to be called as housekeeping left the dishwasher broken with a note on it. Dog area was overgrown, toilet seat was broke, unit was not cleaned well. Shower was 24 inch square with 6 inch spout sticking out of the wall. Very difficult to bathe and water temp was not consistent. Couch was shot and cushions did not stay on. Parking was not as advertised. Biggest issue was the lack of privacy with the inadequate sound proofing from neighboring unit. After 2 weeks I was refunded 30$ on a 3 day stay for my issues. I went back and read the reviews for the unit and all of these issues were already noted. We left a day early by choice, but this was the true and honest experience with the company and the subpar unit we rented. I would not recommend.
