are you kidding me with five stars. chandelle did my divorce three years ago and was absolutely the rudest and most inpatient person ive ever had to deal with. i didnt know if she was working for me or my ex wife when we went to mediation. she didnt explain things at all never contacted me about anything and did not do anywhere near the work for the money i paid her. she told me i had no chance to get my kids to just forget it and basically F ed up the papers for me in how she worded everything fully believe she took advantage of me being younger and stereotyped me because of that one fact.

When it came time find representation for my child custody case making a decision was difficult. The right lawyer can make all the difference. I asked my real estate attorney who he thought was the fiercest and most competent family lawyer in the Gainesville area and he provided me with Chandelle Summer's name. It was the best decision I ever made. From the first visit with her very nice and professional office staff of Sara and Kelly I knew we were in the right place. They were kind, empathetic and very focused on helping me get set up for a good case. Chandelle is knowledgeable and professional, but she took the time to listen to my concerns and ask my opinion throughout the process. Many attorneys simply tell you what is going to happen and you have to go along. Chandelle was truly concerned that I was a part of it, that my opinion mattered, and her guidance was perfect. At no point did I feel like they were "using up" retainer nor finding ways to extend the process. If you need someone that will absolutely "battle" for you, and you can count on 100% then Summer and Summer law firm will serve you well.

I spoke with several attorneys before meeting Chandelle Summer and she was the one I finally hired for my divorce proceedings. She was highly recommended by someone who use to work in the legal field. She was professional, sympathetic, realistic, hates to lose, knows the law, and she really put me at ease. She did such an outstanding job that I will never consider using another attorney if I need one in the future. Thanks Chandelle!

This lady is the most amazing person I have ever met. I hired her during one of the hardest times of my life. I had previously used several other attorneys who couldn't complete my case.
I was fighting a nasty custody battle with my Ex-husband and his family (drug use on his part).
I quickly realized Chandelle truely cared about my child and her safety.
I believe she poured her entire heart and soul into my case so that my daughter could live a normal healthy life. And by doing so, she won my case and now my daughter is free of the chaos and is living her happy little life with ease.
Chandelle never gave me false hope. She never sugar coated the facts. She knows the law backwards and forwards. She's very hands on and easily contacted. Her staff is very professional and helpful.
I now consider her more like family as opposed to an attorney I hired.

This woman is my hero! She's involved and cares/cared personally about my legal needs. Helped with several different legal matters (several before her attempted) from family law to dealing with city ordinances she knows how to get things done quickly and easilyas quick and easy as legal work can be:) Would recommend and is my go to for any legal matter in the future. I highly recommend Chandelle Summer. Chandelle guided me through one of the most frightening and demoralizing phases of my life. A very difficult divorce and custody battle involving my special needs child. During our meetings, I always had Chandelle’s undivided attention and was confident that every minute spent with her was productive and positive. She is extremely honest, highly intelligent and very professional. Chandelle is direct and self-confident both in the courtroom and out. She is very articulate and comfortable in a courtroom which resulted in making me more comfortable as well. Taking the stand to fight for your child and your future financial stability is an extremely intimidating experience, but, when I took the stand I always felt fully prepared and totally supported by Chandelle. I was thrilled with the outcome of my divorce and custody case. My life and my son’s life are much more uncomplicated and much more secure thanks to Chandelle and her team presenting such a strong successful case on my behalf. I would never consider using another attorney.

I have come in contact with several attorneys over the years for various reasons. Chandelle Summer stands out above the rest. She was highly recommended several years ago for a child custody case. She did such an outstanding job that I did not even consider using another attorney when faced with a separate legal matter. She is professional, sympathetic, realistic, hates to lose, and knows the law. I have sent several of my friends to her as well. I would not even think of using anyone else.
