Mr. Talley is one of the most perceptive and intelligent people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting, albeit under unfortunate circumstances. We went up against a very tough judge and prosecutor, and were able to come out with a favorable outcome. Thank you sir, for saving my life from a possibly lengthy jail sentence, or worse.

Jeff Talley has been great to work with. He is quick to respond to any questions you need answered. He helped every step of the way on my son's case. He gave us every scenario possible. He made sure we understood all options and gave the best advice to get us through the case. Jeff worked very hard and we got the outcome we were looking for. I would highly recommend him. My first contact with Mr. Talley was by phone. I contacted him based on the reviews I had seen and the ratings he had received online. I was facing potentially life changing charges and was quite disturbed and quite frankly confused. Without getting into specific details about my case, let me start by saying that when I called Mr. Talley, I spoke directly to Mr. Talley and not a secretary who would have required me to give details I would only have to regurgitate later after scheduling a meeting. This in and of itself was refreshing and settling as he listened intently to everything I had to say before asking any questions. His first question to me once I had finished was "what time could I meet with him and that he had an opening at 10am". It was 8:30 and he was willing to meet me 90 minutes later.
Upon meeting Mr. Talley I was quite impressed. He took the time to listen to me while offering advice and wisdom I did not have on the matters in which I was facing. He assured me that he would be available to me and that as a client I would receive direct attention to my case by him personally!! During our 30 minute meeting he also made several calls on my behalf to gain more knowledge of my case. I have dealt with attorneys before and the manner in which he personally took my concerns to task left me feeling as though someone cared about my situation and that I wasn't just a lump sum of money for a plea deal. Given the unfortunate circumstances of our meeting, I can honestly say that Mr. Talley made quite a favorable impression on me. I would no doubt feel the utmost comfort in having him represent me. Thank you once again Mr. Talley!!! Your kindness, attentiveness, wisdom, and expertise will not be forgotten. Wow! Over the the years I've engaged the services of many attorneys of varying specialties, but never a criminal attorney. It was terrifying!! Jeff Talley was highly recommended by a well-respected businessman. In the courtroom Jeff Talley was relentless, and yet, soft spoken; far-reaching, but respectful. My first observation of him in the courtroom was that he was highly respected not only by his peers but by the Judge as well. His disposition was humble. Yet during his questioning of the officer who arrested me, he was a bulldog! He didn't give up - and he could have - as this questioning session lasted much longer than I anticipated. Mr Talley held onto his line of questioning until he drug the pertinent answers out of the officer, resulting in the Judge saying she could see no reason why I was arrested and my charges were dismissed. While it is terrifying to need a criminal attorney, if you hire Jeff Talley you can rest assured your case is in the absolute best hands possible. Thank you Jeff Talley!

Jeff Talley is the best of the best. He represented me in a super speeder situation and went above and beyond. It was an unfair speed trap and he made it clear that the law was not being upheld to the fairest extent. He was very easy to get ahold of and always returned my calls. He could have easily put me on the backburner because it was just a simple speeding ticket, but he made me feel just as important as any other client. I highly recommended Jeff Talley for any and all situations. He likes to win no matter what.

Jeff Kelley takes care of business. My family and I have had Jeff represent us several times in the last 10 years or so, and I have always been pleased with results. Jeff knows the law - he knows how the system works. Jeff is honest, professional, and he does what he says. There's no bullshit when dealing with. I believe him to be of good character. He takes a look at your case, asks you what you want to get out of it, tells you your options, and what he can and can't do. Then he does it and he keeps in touch and doesn't leave you hanging like most lawyers. All lawyers are expensive, but Jeff is worth every penny I paid him. Hey guys if you need help, call Jeff he's the best - forget the rest - really, Captain Jack.

I had issue that I didn't think was handled correctly so someone referred me to Mr. Talley when I spoke to him he was very helpful and told me that with his help he thought he could get my issue resolved so during the few months he did a great job of keeping in contact with me and explaining everything that was going on and giving me direction on what to do always returned my calls when I had a question. Very good attorney he took care of everything and I would recommend him to anyone

I was recommend to call Jeff on a legal matter I had. Mr. Talley was very up front and direct with what needed to be done and what I needed to do. Jeff ALWAYS returned my phone calls even when on vacation. Jeff was very helpful and was able to bring my close to a ending that I thought would be impossible. Thank you Mr. Talley for all your help.

We found Mr. Talley when our family was facing an unthinkable situation. Our son had been falsely accused and needed representation. If you are ever contacted by your local law enforcement for questioning in a case, get an attorney! Our family found that you are no longer "innocent until proven guilty", do not talk to them without a lawyer. Don't make the mistake we made. By the time we were first contacted, they had been investigating my child for 2 months! They were building a case to prosecute him without ever speaking to him! Jeff listened to us, always answered his phone, answering all our questions, and was compassionate and patient in doing so, but never sugar-coated what we were facing. After 3 long months, Jeff was able to have this "no cased" without any charges being filed. He saved our son's future. Highly recommend!
