Paid for a Queen got a full sized bed. Loud with teenagers running around at night. No thanks.

Had a friends kid come and swim in the pool which its filter was not running was told it was ok though. She broke out and had to take her to the hospital. Then was told i couldnt have my deposit back because i smoked in the room.but i dont smoke

Fair for the price paid. The pool was either cold or too packed to swim. 2/4 times I tried to swim the pool was freezing. The 3rd time they had a pool party but didn't bother to let any guests know. And the fourth time I was able to swim for about a half an hour without being bombarded by children. Luckily I stayed more than 3 nights and was able to swim on the fourth night. The room was clean minus a cobweb on the ceiling and stained carpets. The drain in the tub didn't work without leaking water. And the shower head was coming out of the wall. If you can deal with a little rough around the edges but overall good quality and customer service this is the place for you.

Just a 10 minute drive from Charleston. The hotel was clean and we'll maintained. The swimming pool was located in the middle of the hotel. Friendly staff. Overall a great stay.

The pool looks beautiful. The staff are wonderful. But I had a double bed smoking room and the carpets are very badly stained. The toliet paper roll and holder came out of the wall when I went to use it. Couldn't plug the tub drain lots of areas in the room peeling. But bed sheets were clean and looked like it was vaccumed and I couldn't find any bugs. But for 100 dollars not worth it.I think I will go to super 8 for 55 dollars. Live and learn.

Jeff took good care of us. The woman who was tending breakfast asked if we needed more of anything, (even though it was time to shut it down. Some other hotel staff will treat you as though you need to get out :))

Had my sons 12 yr birthday party and rented 6 rooms. The room is older, but clean. The common space with the pool is awesome. The boys could swim and play without worry. The staff is very nice and helpful.

Perfect family spot!!!
We love, love, love the indoor pool. It's in the middle of the rooms and the entire area is quite relaxing. We brought our 4 kids (ages 4-13) for a one night mini-vacation and we couldn't be happier with our stay! The breakfast had something for all of our picky eaters, which was SO wonderful. The rooms were very clean, and the beds!! We all slept like rocks! It was perfect for our budget and the staff was so friendly!!! Very pleasant, clean rooms. Meeting rooms and convention areas well maintained. Pool is family oriented. Lobby has comfortable seating adequate for small, casual meetings.

Overall it's a nice hotel. Not overly impressed, but the pool area is quite nice and the full breakfast was good too, with a couple of waffle makers, eggs, sausage links, bacon, cereal, donuts, muffins, biscuits and gravy and more. I guess I would consider this is motel instead of a hotel since many of the rooms face outside. If we were in the area again I would consider another stay here but then again, this is only our first night. The only reason I am doing this review now is for review points.
