We stayed at the Best Western Plus in Arcola and were VERY impressed with the staff, the cleanliness and the delicious breakfast! We definitely will come again and stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay at the BW Plus Green Mill Village Hotel and Suites. Our check in and express check out went without a hitch. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. We would certainly stay there again if we are in the area. The town of Arcola, IL, is cute and historic with a large Amish population within a few miles. There are lots of shops and restaurants to visit. We would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a different type of experience.

Really nice place and the lady that checked us in was really friendly.. The other one the next morning wasn't really. Their breakfast was pretty good, nice having some real fried eggs. I wished they'd have let me stay a little longer than 12 cuz my baby was half sick. I didn't want to pay for another night. We don't have a $100 lying around. The place seemed to be completely empty so I doubt they needed that room.

We had a 3 day weekend family reunion at this Hotel! there were family from Indiana, Iowa, Michigan as well Illinois. this hotel was clean and very accommodating staff. . Great breakfast and the rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable! They provided us areas to eat for that area. each place we stopped at provided great service and food. There is an Amish community close to this hotel and there are very interesting things to do and see and very good food!

We have stayed in the Green Mill Best Western several times now. It is always clean and the employees are friendly and helpful. We will stay here again next year when we come to the area.

Pet Friendly rooms need more attention, along with cleaning of carpets and bathrooms along with bedspreads replaced after each stay with dogs. Need to offer pet friendly suites so you have more room and can be comfortable.

Very pleasant stay! We are picky travelers, but don't want to spend a lot of money for a road trip overnight stay. This place is just off the freeway, very safe, close to typical fast food and gas station. Has a small pool (that we didn't know about so didn't have time to use), very spacious rooms that are clean. No smoking or pets which is a plus for us as our child is allergic to dander. Beds are a little soft for my taste but I woke up rested and not sore. Beautiful hotel, felt like we were paying more than we did which is always great. Overall we were comfortable and not stressed and our small children were in great spirits and slept well. (when mommy and daddy are happy, kids are happy!) Icing on the cake is they have a FANTASTIC breakfast! Was able to find allergy friendly items for my little guy and he actually ate! We hope our ovenight stop lands here next time we travel!!

We love staying at this Best Western. It has such a nice atmosphere. I was happily surprised at the allergy friendly breakfast items. Almond milk, regular eggs ( not powdered ). Also gluten free items. It was great to be able to eat a nice breakfast like everyone else. Those little details make a huge difference. Great service at front desk too. The carpet as you exit the elevator on 3rd floor could use some cleaning and the mattress was on the overly soft side. Not good for a bad back. Overall a great place to stay.

Hotel is comparable to a higher class hotel. Super friendly & professional staff.. Very comfy beds and clean feeling. Would rather stay here than higher class hotel even if it was same price..that says a lot! Hotel seems new in May 2017

We loved our stay at the Green Mill Village Hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful and we were impressed with the cleanliness of our room, lobby and eating area and etc. Our bed was very comfy and our room was comfortable and quiet. We loved the breakfast bar and how sweet the lady preparing it was. We really enjoyed our stay and we will definitely stay here again.
