Amazing service! I was worried I had a foundation issue when one of my doors started sticking. Even though my work schedule is crazy busy, the woman who scheduled me found a time for an inspector to come out the same week. She was super friendly and easy to work with.
The inspector, Lonnie, was really great! Turns out my foundation was fine. He told me he would have called too if he had a door stick and shared some tips on what warning signs to look for in the future. He took several measurements, shared them with me, and explained the (much higher) thresholds that would indicate an issue. I appreciated his transparency and the fact that he involved me in the process.
So many other companies out there will find something wrong 100% of the time, so they get your business. I appreciate this company's honesty and will definitely use them again if any future foundation issues pop up! 6/5 stars 🌟
Branadon visited us to provide us with an estimate for a foundation repair for our patio. He was extremely honest with us and told us he wasn't really sure that a lot of the remedies would be successful given the configuration of our patio.
We discussed the various options and costs involved but Brandon was very honest and transparent and we decided to not proceed with repairs at this point based on Brandon's feedback.
We may revisit later on this to try a lower cost remedy that we discussed with Brandon, but the key point I'd like to highlight is it would have been very easy for him to try and sell us on a higher cost solution that would not have worked (like many of his competitors which also provided us with estimates). The fact that he didn't is a testament to his professionalism and integrity.
Structured Foundation Repairs will be first on our call sheet for any future foundation work for sure.
Brandon and his team have done 2 foundation repairs for us already and we could not be happier with the services they provide. Highly recommended and definitely our "go-to" company.
Misled on day 1 when signed up to repair my foundation. Extremely poor communication, especially from their management. The team is 99% only Spanish speaking, except for 1 person. On arrival they started the work without any explanation of what would take place. The foundation was repaired from inside the garage at one point in time, nothing was covered inside the garage and no attempts made to notify that we needed to cover items stored in our garage ourselves. While it is expected that digging is part of repair process, no consideration was made by the team to perform a neat job. Half the front yard was coved with mud, the front flower bed completely ruined, flowers and plants dead. While digging the soil, the team cut through wires in the ground, ruined the sprinkler system. They promised to complete the work in 3 days, instead, it took them 6 days. The team was consistently late, starting to work past 10 am every day. Some days the team never showed up without any prior communication. After repair, the soil was put back into holes in a sloppy manner, the yard left messy. The manager refused communication at some point, leaving my emails without any reply. The supervisor of the company refused to fix the sprinkler system that the team left damaged or compensate its repair. Overall, I do not recommend this company. I regret paying for the sloppy service, it’s way overpriced for the quality of work.
August 23rd “Structured foundation” work crew damaged private neighborhood property and the driver who caused the damage said he and his crew promised to fix it. That never happened. I guess this is what u can expect when they come to your neighborhood, home and do any damage they will just turn a blind eye. Damage happened: Sagewind Ct. Houston, TX. 77089
Maybe Call Atlas or Allied foundation repair. They keep their word.
Re: There has been NO repairs to date 9.1.22 Your claim of repairs is false. I just went out to view and measure the damage / Ruts 4 - 6 inches deep. I never said/claimed they damaged my home or property. They damaged private subdivision property that I have to pay for with HOA fees, so yes it’s mine also. The supervisor/driver went to the wrong address , wrong house, knocked on the door and was told wrong address. The driver had no business in this culdesac . The driver clearly saw his trailer would not fit due to parked cars, yet had no regard for neighborhood property. The actual customer has no idea because the driver did not damage his circle the next street over . But don’t worry, I will let the HOA know about this matter. No need to call your office I communicated directly with the driver and took your driver on his promise word about repairs. Yet days later, your damage still remains unresolved…those deep ruts needs to be filled in with dirt and fresh grass.
PS - I have every right to leave feed back about my experience with your company! This experience effects me, my neighborhood and the HOA fees we pay. Sageglen HOA fees will have to foot the bill for any damage to our neighborhood’s property.
Do the right thing -fulfill the promise from your supervisor/driver, simply fix the damage. Stop dodging the matter and blame shifting.
