This place treated me very well. I haven't rented here in awhile but when I did they were very prompt and upfront about pricing and cleanliness. The 24-hour access was the biggest thing for me. They autobilled when they said they would and didn't bother me when they didn't need to. I don't have any complaints only praise!

This location is by far the best location in the Hinesville area. The associate Kristen was superb in getting us the proper unit for our needs. She was very professional and even though she was new it seemed she knew the store inside and out. I’ll definitely be sending my coworkers over here when it’s time for a deployment !

My experience at this location was excellent. Mr. Brandon gave a thourough brief as to how the process works In order to establish a storage unit. He processed the paper work in a timely manner. He ensured my unit was cleaned and ready for my stuff.

I have enjoyed using this facility. All the staff were friendly and professional. They bent over backwards to help me and my family during a short notice move in and out. Will use them again in the future!

Have been shopping around for a storage unit for a month. Went to get one today at a different place until I took a wrong turn and found this place. So glad I decided to stop by!! The customer service was outstanding and they were very tentative to my needs. I highly recommend this location in Hinesville for your storage needs!
