I am withdrawing my negative post pending further investigation in to the situation tentatively replacing it with 4 stars and adopting a neutral opinion of this dealership meanwhile. I will update once I know more.

Absolutely love my car, Hyundai Santa Fe sport, but don't like that you have to use your phone to start it and you have to buy the blue link to use the app for it. Very disappointed with that aspect. Guess I'm purchasing a remote car Starter.

I will never refer a person to buy a used vehicle. I was sold a vehicle with numerous major issues that were found within a day of purchasing. They reset the codes so you wouldn't know while test driving.

We have two Toyota vehicles and have been going to Stoltz for a few years now. Our recent service experiences and their shift away from satisfactory customer service have led us to seek out another vehicle maintenance facility. Repairs and maintenance on today's vehicles is too costly to have to repeat because of dealer errors, especially when they perform subpar work. The maintenance they performed on our vehicles was not performed properly and they would not stand by there work. They will use any manufacturers recommendations to avoid admitting they really overcharged you and improperly maintained your vehicle. I will shop for Toyota vehicles elsewhere for sure. I would not recommend this dealership for sales nor service.

Worst place I've ever dealt with was in on a Friday morning left went home filled out credit app with consigner like they said to do at dealership called them at 1147 am told them it was submitted with cosigner waited till 315 and called to see if heard anything told me got approved for an amount but had to talk to sales manager and would call me right back so at 537 still waiting so I call well he is with another customer so will call back so 639 finally get call from sales manager something about mistake and approval was just for such and such and was not with cosigner cause they lost or didn't get info on them and ok it took them that long to figure that out so cosigner was there by 7pm Friday and gave info but they said wouldn't hear anything since was so late and might not know anything till Monday morning so Saturday at 1143 they call and say they didn't have time yet to do anything so wouldn't know anything till Monday morning so now Monday at 11am haven't heard anything so call them well everyone was busy so no one could talk so lady said would tell them to call. So at 1223 they call and say nothing has been submitted to bank yet cause they were busy but someone would be working on it and would call when hear from bank so still no answer about anything and they seem to be in no hurry or care if they get the sell I guess and if I didn't have to go to work I'm a little I would probably be going someplace else so who knows if or when I will get any kind of answer ..

Consummate professionals, peppered with kindness and integrity, that made our hunt and transaction for a 4runner TRD Pro seamless and enjoyable.
Hats off to everyone from the owner, to management, to sales, to finance, to the gentleman that detailed the auto for us. Stoltz Toyota is an exemplary testament to business well done.
