I came with a party of 12 because I've been here before and the food was great. Very poor customer service at the hostess stand, very rude employees. Hint: it doesn't cost anything to be polite and articulate.

This place was great. Really. I'm very pickey. Russell our waiter was down to earth. And a military veteran like myself. Good food, good portions, nice relaxed place to boot. I'll eat there any time we come up from Annapolis MD.

I really don't see what the big deal is here. Both locations are visually amazing. Food and service? No where near 5 star. We have a much better BBQ joint here in the city. I think Sticky Lips thrives simply out of convenience.

Got the B24 bomber with ribs, pulled pork and brisket, and it was delicious! The ribs and pulled pork were the highlights. The mac and cheese, sweet potato fries, and cornbread were also great. The brisket wasn't the best I've ever had, but it was good. A band set up next to our table which was a bit scary, thinking that we were going to go deaf next to a Mesa 2x12, but they soundchecked and were just starting to play when we were leaving, and they were playing at a pleasant volume. Definitely would recommend checking this place out.

Typically I have nothing bad to say about Sticky Lips. The downtown location has a more authentic atmosphere, but the Henrietta atmosphere is still phone. The food is great. All in all I prefer the total experience of sticky lips more than Dinosaur. The last time I went I had a very long wait and the service was slow eceen after sitting down. We also had one incorrect order. We had a large group though and the order was quickly fixed. I wouldn't say slow service is the typical experience.

Food arrived in timely manner, ppl who ran food from kitchen wore gloves. I appriciated that. Rib eye cooked perfect, server checked in and kept drinks filled. Everything was delicious and fresh. Fried catfish was on point. Sweet potatoes fried were crispy in outside soft inside. Fried pickles were good.

Wish I could review them for their food, but rating their service will have to suffice. We tried to place a catering order for just 12 people. After having to call Jefferson Rd, then Culver, then Jefferson again, we assumed we were set. We were sorely mistaken when we received an email the next morning with them informing us that they couldn't honor our order. At the risk of repeating myself, this order was for 12 people. Not a 100 person wedding. Could they not have managed to do the same thing if we brought the 12 people into the restaurant? Thankfully, Dinosaur BBQ managed to take our order that morning and it was phenomenal. We won't waste our time with Sticky Lips again.

Great place for BBQ! I've been here twice and they haven't disappointed me yet.
My only complaint is when it's busy, it takes a while to be served sometimes. It's not really the waitresses' fault. I know when it gets busy, they're doing their best.

(3.5 stars) I have been to Stick Lips a few times with my family. Last time was this past Saturday. My wife/daughter got the chicken and waffles special and she is swearing that they changes the recipe (chicken did not have all the seasoning as before and was dry/small). I got the half (dry/wet) ribs Memphis style so I could try the different sauces (I enjoyed the cherry bomb which was sweet). SL BBQ is always busy around dinner time, the service has always been good, food came out in a timely matter for 4 people. Large beer list, interesting selections of soda.

Nice server, the nachos with chilli were not that good, ribs and chicken were fairly good and the brisket was okay. If I could give 3.5 stars it'd be more accurate. Atmosphere is nice besides loud music, should be more toned down. I find it weird how they serve drinks in different cups. Overall, if you have to decide, Dinosaur BBQ is better in every way.

Amazing Food and great service! Worth every penny! I didn't even look at the check because it was that good and I didn't care, I just swiped my card. Ordered a long island iced tea that could use some work but the food was so good I didn't care about the drink

Friendly, sociable spot. Service is friendly but sometimes it's slightly delayed. Sunday brunch is nice. Live gospel performances during the Sunday brunch

Great BBQ, got seated right away, My waitress Sarah was very hardworking and friendly. Not loud in the bar area at all. Good music. Took some great pics inside. Bigger on the inside than it looks. Different levels of seating. Definitely coming back. Great for groups also.

Great Food. Great Cold Beer. Great Service. A All Around Great Place. The night 26 of us came here there was a Awesome Band playing here called Shine. We were blown away By This Band. A Must See Band. We didn't expect anything more than just a average dinner the night we came here. We are from Southern NJ & just in Rochester for work. Thank You Sticky Lips Of Rochester & The Fabulous Band Shine. ❤️🇺🇸
