Sean Turkington was our salesmen and he was top notch. He had a car pulled up and waiting for us when we arrived which I appreciated. He was honest, straightforward and HILARIOUS!!!! We had the best service and bought a car within hours. If I could give Sean 10 Stars I would. Stevinson is the only place to go if you are looking for a car and be sure to ask for Sean. You will treated right.
Tony was great to work with. He was proactive in reaching out before our lease ended and had our best interest in hand in making sure we had a smooth transition into our new lease. Tony had some good insight into how leases work that we didn’t get with our previous experience. All the options and education were provided so we could make a good decision. It was also the quickest I’ve ever been in and out of a dealership.
I would highly recommend Tony Salazar!
We had such an easy and smooth experience! We never felt hounded or pressured to make a decision. We worked with Steuart who answered all of our questions, spent so much time with us making sure we got exactly what we wanted, and made the process incredibly simple. We will definitely be going back for all of our future cars.
Great place to get your vehicle serviced. They have an experienced and kind staff They also have a nice customer waiting area in the show room with snacks, coffe, tea, lemonade, juice, and water. If your service is going to take a while they also provide a free shuttle that will take you up to 10 miles. Hope this is helpful for future customers. Have a great day 😀
We had first started to shop around at other dealerships. We ended up with 2, both dealerships were willing to go lower and lower with the price. Stevinson was willing to match and was willing with in reason to do anything to get our business which made us feel great. Tyler was super helpful and non-aggressive even though he was only getting a mini he was very patient and had a good attitude throughout the entire experience. I would recommend Tyler Trimmer at Stevinson West to anybody looking for a Toyota or any other car for that matter.
I have had my car in the service department and they didn't fix my car they take some parts of my car. I contacted the GM (Deck)and he haven't answered my question since 11/2/17 i contact the dealership and left him a voice mail. still have not heard anything from them. All i need is just the paperwork that show what they did in my car for 2 hours and 28 minutes. I wouldn't buy any car. And i will never ever go back there anymore. 🖓👎😡
The service department is a rip off, we went to dealership due to feeling they were the best place to trust with our hybrid. We have an extended warranty, and our car needed wheel bearings replaced, the dealership said after what the warranty will cover it would be at best case $1500-2000 for one wheel but then said three wheel bearings needed replacement each costing $1500-2000. So my husband and I started to look into selling the car we love or just saving and not driving it. I finally decided to get a second opinion and with doing that I dropped my car off at a shop this am and by end of the day my car has been fixed and it was only one wheel bearing that needed replacement, and after warranty coverage of $215.00 we spend $100 dollars. How can you be off by over a thousand dollar in the price you gave me.
Looking for a car? Go see Matt West! Seriously the best car salesman we have ever had the pleasure of buying a car from! He wants what's best for you, not just to sell you the most expensive thing he can. He really listens to what you want and are looking for and what your budget is. He searched his database until he found the very last car in stock of the specific model we wanted that fit perfectly into our specifications! Looking forward to working with him again when it is time for us to swap out!
Had the best car buying experience I've ever had. Curt made it a very easy process. with his many years of knowledge and great customer service skills , I got the exact car that works for my lifestyle at a great price.
I will see you again for future car purchases and recommend you to all, Curt. Thank you.
My car was the victim of some vicious hail in Golden. As a result, it was totalled and I was in need of a good vehicle quickly. From the moment I stepped inside Stevinson Toyota, I felt taken care of.
I would like to send a special thank you to Tony Salazar as he was not only very responsive and helpful, but he was also very helpful in finding exactly the vehicle I wanted at the perfect price. My entire experience was easy, efficient, and most of all, enjoyable. I would happily recommend Stevinson to everyone and if I ever need another vehicle, I won't hesitate to go back.
No pressure, knowledgeable, friendly sales staff. Easy and no-hassle negotiation of a great price.
However, when finalizing my purchase with the finance department, the salesperson went home without telling me. Came back downstairs excited to see my new car and get a walkthrough of the features, which was promised to me. Went to his desk and no one was there. After a few minutes of waiting, went to the front desk to ask for him.
After 20 minutes of standing around (according to the front desk, he wasn't answering his phone), finally they got someone to show me where my new car was. Definitely didn't appreciate how the salesperson buggered off before final delivery of the car, and that I wasn't told.
Was pretty upset and left the guy a harsh review on dealer rater, and I get a text message from him telling me to take down the review - that he didn't deserve to get thrown under the bus.
Won't be returning.
We worked with Nelson and Tony. Nelson was helpful and responsive, and I never felt pressured. He listened, and made the experience a good one! He followed up to be sure I was happy with my purchase. Tony was helpful in showing us cars and taking us through the sales process.
One word, disappointed. Had been searching for the exact truck I wanted and found it, reasonably within my price range, called them and was told it sold several days ago. When I asked why it was still up on the website got a response of it just sold. "Just sold" to me is late in the afternoon the day before not several days ago, we live in a digital age that is ever changing and need to update what is and isn't in stock so it doesn't waste time all the way around. Would take something powerful to get my business back here.
A close friend and I walked in on a busy day looking for a good car that I could finally settle down with. Mr. Tony Than was patient enough to let me take some time figuring out which one I wanted, especially when I decided to sit down and think things over for a few minutes.
It was my first time actually buying a car, but I felt pretty comfortable about him and the way I was treated by the few people I interacted with. Simply put, people seemed to know kindness there.
Overall, the experience was great. I would definitely recommend it to people I'm familiar with. Even if it's as long of a drive as it was for me, just go and see if you find something you like. The view along the way is a worthwhile experience in itself.
