This is a very good place to do business. Buying/leasing a vehicle is a task that takes time to make the right decision for something that will be used daily & for a period of time. I wanted to give my purchase/lease some thought & Kelli was very patient and helpful in making that decision. Best all around buying experience ever! Between the saleslady Kelli Kreglow-Stephens, and GM, Gary Bolen, I was shown every detail of the car and how everything worked. They treated me like a friend. A very pleasant experience at Steve Austins for our car shopping and buying. Very professional and not pushy, but listened to what we were saying. David Woods is great salesman who helped us through many choices in the final car selection and interacted with our whole family, not just the one buying the car. We purchased a Pre-Owned vehicle from Steve Austins and they did their best to give us the best deal. We were surprised that they came up with a deal better than what we anticipated. The vehicle has been a very good dependable car, we love it. They did not try to pressure us into a vehicle we didn't need. They listened and then fitted us into the car of our dreams. In regards to service-My husband has been taking the vehicle in for service. He stated that the service department is on time, professional and treats him with respect. In the event, he had to reschedule they have been very flexible. Also, they are honest. They do not add on unneeded work. In addition, the service center makes sure if they can include the work under warranty they do. By far this has been the best service center that we have encountered. Keep up the good work! Integrity means everything to a customer. My husband is a mechanic and part of my job is to sell cars. So we are very familiar with the "Dealership/ Service Center" environment.
