Really good library. It's got floors based off of how loud you want your study environment to be. Awesome place to go with friends.

This is a great place to work, or just zone out between classes.
Steenbock Library has lots of computers (about 20 accessible to the public, and about 70 for students/staff/faculty), color printing, photocopiers, free scanning, study rooms that can be reserved online, laptops to check out, vending machines (soda, coffee, snacks) and a microwave, and comfortable seating with popular magazines and newspapers. Oh yeah, there's books, scholarly journals, government documents, and the UW Archives, too.
