Well stocked with books, CDs, DVDs, etc. Well equipped with computers, printers, ebooks, etc. Friendly librarians. Lots of programs and activities for all ages.

I give it 5 stars because this place is awesome. I come here many times throughout the month to borrow a book, and every time I go there, they always have the book I am looking for. I love the atmosphere in there and all of the workers there are so polite. Thanks for the great service!

Nice, comfortable, convenient place to read or research. I do not have the time to read the books I own let alone borrow many from the library. But when I look for a specific title, I know that if Brown Deer does not have it, I can request it through the Milwaukee County library system. I borrow more DVD movies and an occasional CD. I have had a BD card for over 20 years with no negative experiences.

When my husband and I purchased our home in BD, I couldn't wait to take advantage of all the village had to offer including the library that is just a few minutes walk away. I have to say our first and last experience at this library was bad.
