Dear Suzie,
I am happy to commend the Statewide Restoration services you and your staff have provided to me during the difficult period of fire restoration last year at my house.
Your team did a marvelous job in a very constraining environment when skilled labor was in short supply during the Covid period. Suzie, you have reassured me that Statewide has ample experiences in fire restoration projects and handling the insurance payouts for each stage of the restoration project. Andrey in estimating has been very methodical and helpful in assuring all the structural details of the roof, rafters, gutters, stucco wall, concrete flooring in the fire damages have been properly accounted for and negotiating with the insurance adjuster. Thomas Palmer in particular had been very patient and understanding in coordinating each stage of the project and assuring that all the contractors have thoroughly completed their tasks to my satisfaction. In the end the insurance has fairly compensated for all the contractor and subcontractor services and the damages.
I appreciate what your team has done for me and thankful that everyone has truly made a genuine effort to assure the project is properly executed.
I highly recommend your services to your prospects and hope your business will continue to prosper with earned trust.

Great service! Really unique facility. I love being able to come in and pick out the materials I want instead of doing it through a catalog or online.
