  When electrical fire seriously compromised our historic house, CityLine came in the next day and set up a plan to restore the house and keep the integrity of the historic character intact. They used top of the line products and subcontractors that restored our home to better then it was prior to the fire. Also, during the time spent on location, hurricane Ida occurred and we had water and mud on parts of the first floor. Again, they worked with us promptly to clean up and dry out the newly installed hardwood floors so that further damage would not occur. They continued to answer my questions and help with punch list items long after the job was complete. Highly recommend their services and they also take care of all the paperwork with your insurance company.

  I am super happy that I hired Cityline after someone drove their car into my garage, totaling my car, destroying my garage, and making a huge mess. They worked directly with my insurance company and took care of everything—they shored up walls and ceiling, inventoried all my damage, boxed up and stored my items, and renovated my garage beautifully (walls, ceiling, floor, doors, plumbing, electrical…), exceeding my expectations.
  
  All the Cityline folks have been excellent. Everyone was very professional, friendly, flexible, efficient, and highly responsive to my needs/requests. They all did high quality work. They don’t cut corners. I am very pleased with the results.
  
  Cityline turned a disaster into a blessing.

  In the beginning when our house burned down we were devastated. They were respectful and knowledgeable in helping us. They continue helping us with the process by answering the phone no answering machines direct lines of communication with the owner Tom and Marty. They Made us feel comfortable with our decision. I would highly recommend City Line and would use them again.

  We were victims of Hurricane Ida with a 1% chance of flooding. On September 2, 2021 we had seven feet of water in the basement and a few inches on the first floor. I could not get anyone to help us in our immediate area. I reached out to Cityline 65 miles away from our home.
  A couple of days later the owner personally came to see the damage. They started work as soon as they could to remove over 9,000 pounds of stuff from our basement and start the first floor. They were here everyday with up to 12 people working. 59 days later, they finished. The team did an amazing job. The basement looks great and the first floor is beautiful.
  Thank you to Russell, my team leader and the rest of the fantastic team as well as Dana, Ed and of course Tom Williams.
  These are people you can trust with your most important asset - your home.
