Very, very nice to see The State open and operating as a movie theater again. I hope they plan to show "It's a Wonderful Life" at Christmas time this year. I missed going there with my mom this past year.

Very clean and well refurbished. Screen is a little small when seated in the back but high sound and movie quality.

It's a lovely, quaint, small town America theatre. I can't wait until all the renovations are complete. It will be nice to bring the family back to enjoys movies and I love the variety of different events now being held here (concerts, plays, etc.).

Wonderful place with very reasonable pricing on tickets and fresh snacks. Performances are always a great experience, from bands to comedians or magicians. Amazing historical place :)

I recently saw Oblivion here. Nice staff. The picture was a little grainy. Maybe it's a personal taste but sacrificing picture quality for the quiet, small town atmosphere was more than a fair trade to me. I'll swap babies crying, people coughing, cell phones, and noisy teens for less picture quality any day. I will definitely go again.
