Great location. Very close to the Library Mall. Sunday $8 for the day. Not bad for a city that is well known for not having adequate parking.
Fairly easy to get in and out of for it being so close to the Capitol building.
It's convenient to campus and state street.
Love this garage, close to campus and state street, convenient location
Parked here every Saturday for years. Why am I reviewing a parking garage?
Convenient location, but often full at peak times, so have an alternate in mind. Stairs are gross, but I think that's every parking ramp.
Easy and cheap lot to park in near to pedestrian mall.
Great parking lot in the perfect location to get mostly anywhere downtown campus side. Easy walk to Randall too.
Plainly and simply, this is a good place to park.

DO NOT PREPAY YOUR PARKING FEES IF YOU ARE LEAVING AFTER A CONCERT/SHOW/ETC. We paid our fees, went to the car and then spent the next 35+ minutes trying to get out of the garage. Since it took more than 20 minutes, we had to pay an additional $1.30 upon leaving, which took time. First problem? Everyone wanted to turn left out of the parking garage on to park street but it was under construction and down to one lane. So they would pay and pull forward and sit for 30-60 seconds waiting for an opening/trafflic light to change. The second problem was we had cars feeding from the lower level and from the other side. It seemed that 4 cars would leave and our car wouldn't move. I think this is a money maker for the city of Madison - and a source of frustration for us.
