We arrived VERY early on a Saturday morning and greeted by a friendly man who kindly checked us in and explained what to do. Then we arrived back at midnight 5 days later. A super nice gentleman was the ONLY shuttle van waiting outside the airport. There were dozens of people waiting around for their shuttles, but Economy Airport Shuttle was standing there just for us! What a wonderful surprise. When we drove up to the window to exit and pay I realized I had lost my ticket! The women who checked us out immediately said, with a smile, "NO, worries! I can find your information from when you checked in!" I was so relieved! The whole experience was terrific! I would highly recommend this wonderful little business!

Reliable parking within minutes of Milwaukee General Mitchell Airport. The process is very simple. Pull into the lot, take a ticket, let the gate attendant know when you will be back, then go park and take the free shuttle to the airport. When you return back to the airport, the shuttle is almost always on the North end of the terminal pick-up/drop-off. They will take you back to your vehicle. Give your ticket to the gate attendant, pay, and you'll be on your way. Great price, less than $10/day which includes the shuttle and friendly staff. You can't go wrong.

Arrived at 5 a.m. Thursday, 5/25/2017 to park before our early flight, using [prepaid] Groupons, for 4 days. There was no sign of anyone being there, and the shuttle bus was parked along the fence. Another car had pulled in ahead of us and was waiting, too. We waited for a couple of minutes, but no attendant or driver showed up, and we needed to get to the airport for our flight. We and the other car both left. I ended up parking elsewhere (with no coupon/Groupon, etc.) and spent about $35 (PLUS the $20 I had already paid for Economy Airport Parking!) Needless to say, I was not happy. I called later and spoke to the attendant, who said he was there at 5 a.m. but was in the rest room. ??? How about a sign for the booth window saying "back in a moment" or something? I certainly hope a refund offer is forthcoming..

Was parking at economy Airport parking and got hung up in Florida for a month. came back my car was in good shape nothing wrong they did a good job. They're also super friendly. Great price.

I have never used airport parking before, but I must say may experience couldn't have been better. The location is very easy to find, and convienent to drive to. The lot has an attendant who gives you a ticket. They were very professional, and kind. The parking lot is fenced and they told me I could park wherever I liked. The shuttle is actually already in the parking lot waiting for people to park to be picked up. Walkie-talkies are used so that no one is left behind while parking. As soon as everyone is parked the shuttle leaves right away. The whole process took 10 minutes at most, and I was off to the airport with no worries of missing my flight. The driver was kind, and helped people with their bags. Upon arrival at the airport I was wished farewell and safe travels, and once again helped with my bag. I was dropped off right in front of my flight location, which added extra convenience . The one worry I had was in finding the shuttle upon returning. Even that was made very easy. A small map was given to me In The form of a card. The shuttle was located outside of claim #5 baggage claim . Again the driver was kind and personable . We left within 5 minutes of me arriving. The drive to the lot feels like no more than 5 mins fairly close. I would without a doubt use Economy again. To find amazing service and a reasonable price is next to impossible these days. Yet Economy was able to oblige. Thank you Economy for a wonderful first experience . I would use your services again.

Parked our car there for a week. Very friendly workers, shuttle was very prompt and to top it off our battery died when we got back and they helped us out by giving us a jump. I will 100% use them again.

The other review on here can not be for this lot but for the airport lot that is owned by the county. I know this because there is no ticket nor a confirmation email, nor lot A or B.
It is usually pretty fast easy in and out and a fair price. Been parking here for about 18 years now.Drivers are ALWAYS courteous. Used this service at minimum 42 times.response / report this review -

Our first experience with this location. At first they were outstanding. The guy at the booth was nice and gave great directions. The bus driver was also great. But when we came back it was like a whole other business. The driver I have to say was the worst on our ride back. He seemed angry and pissed off before we even got on the bus. He asked us for a ticket and we told him we were not given one. It was 2 am and only 1 couple in the shuttle at this time. He then asked if we were In lot a or b. We didn't know there were different lots. Finally my sister had to pull out her phone to show this guy an email confirmation from them. After that when we did get off ,this guys who gave us the worst experience ,waited with his hand out expecting to get tipped for the worst experience. Overall an ok place. If the second driver was better then it would have been an outstanding experience for our vacation.
