  Great service, very friendly. The owner helped me out getting some grips for my hybrid. Now just need a road bike. Can't wait to take one of those beautiful road bikes off your hands.

  I ended up not only buying the bike Lee recommended which is I have to say is an awesome bike but I also bought one for my wife and she loves her bike. Lee spent the greater part of the afternoon making adjustments so the bike would be a great fit, also he gave us his professional advice on the do's and don'ts of cycling. He is very knowledgeable on all things Cycling. I couldn't be happier with the purchase and friendly help.

  Great shop! After checking out some other bike shops that I knew of and being largely unimpressed, I found State Street Bicycles by chance. I made the drive to Commerce and found that it was WELL worth the trip. Lee, the owner, is knowledgeable, friendly, willing to help, and had the best prices we could find. My wife and I will continue to shop here for all of our bike needs.

  Was on a trip from Maryland to Georgia and need a spare 650B tube for an early morning ride the next day. Google mapped State Street Bicycles and it was just a few minutes off of I-85 and so I headed over. Got there with about 45 minutes until closing, the owner Lee was in there, and I asked for a tube. Come to find out they were all out of them..but Lee went out to his truck and pulled a spare from his own stash and let me have it for free. You can tell he's a stand up guy with a good shop and if I lived in the are this would be my shop, but i'll have to designate it was my "passing through" shop when I'm in the area.
  
  Side note, this is my first review of any kind on Google as I don't review anything but this was a pretty cool experience and people are always looking for legit bike shops and here is one.

  Great Store.Was on a rode trip and was told I should check it out. Met the owner
  Lee and what a great guy loaded with knowledge. I think it is time for a new Specialized mountain bike.
