I'd only previously been in for a small purchase. My Pinarello shirfter cable snapped and the ball lodged deep in the Ultegra housing on the handle bar. Joe was able to retrieve the part and save me the cost of a whole new shifter. New cable, chain, brake pads. Rode the mountains hard the next day. Trust this man.

I have shopped and used the service department at both locations of Habersham Bicycles, the Alto store and the Gainesville store, and have had good experiences at both. If I have a problem with my bike that needs attention, before driving to a nearby trail, they have taken care of me, pretty much, on the spot.
