Staff rude, condescending. Unwilling to answer any questions,more than willing to give pat canned answers. They make no bones about the fact that you bother them when you call for specifics on an issue. Everthing you expect from unaccountable people who have never had to worry about job loss, career government types

I found the Representative and his office staff to be extremely helpful. My son needed a letter of recommendation and they were happy to provide it. I would recommend for anyone to contact them for situations that you may need help with. If they can’t help you, they will direct you to someone who can.
