  Thomas was awesome.. coming out to show us where something was located and even checking on an out of stock item for another customer. He seemed like he cares about customers and that's refreshing nowadays! Good selection and some reasonable prices. One tiny complaint would be that there was not an updated price on shelf so item rung up higher than we expected and we didn't see that til after leaving. They recognize military on Mondays and we appreciate that as well

  My fiancé went to return/exchange a brand new unopened bottle of bourbon within 24hrs of purchase.
  
  When entering the store she was denied the return “no receipt, no return”. That’s understandable
  
  So then she pulled up her purchase via online banking app. Store clerk then stated “I can’t do a return or exchange since it was yesterday and not today, I will get in trouble” fiancé then asked to speak with manger. Store clerk then stated “ I am the manger, and it’s just our policy”. So then she asked do have that listed any where or in writing? Store Clerk “ Nope, just how we operate”
  
  Needless to say that’s the last time myself or any of friends will be shopping there. Just isn’t worth the terrible “return policy” that’s basically nonexistent.
  
  Never had this problem with other liquor stores in the surrounding area

  Use to be my favorite spot to shop, I have spent Thousands at this place since I moved to Riverview and sad to say they will not be receiving any of my money anymore. 2 price increases in a week for my big bottle of Courvoisier. Literally went from 48.99 to 69.99$ in less than a week. I understand price raises but this is ridiculous

  This has been my go to store since I have lived in the area. The staff was always very friendly, they knew my face, talked, laughed and would always suggest anything new that was behind the counter.
  Now..I presume the store is under new management as of the last few months..I am sorry to say but it is not the same. Plus I see they changed the hours. Why?
  Yes I read the reason in another comment..but since I have lived in this area, I have not heard 1 story of any issuesand this area shares allllll content.
  I wish the original crew was back working there..thats all.

  Loved working here and all my co-workers. Enjoyed the clientele and learning about spirits and wine.
