  This is the company that gives you the easiest time with all your needs!!! Nicest people!! Very clean, comfortable and new busses!!

  Comfort Express not only has the best busses - all of them are modern, clean and equipped with bathrooms and large televisions - but they also have great prices and amazing drivers who are courteous and professional.
  
  I use their busses frequently, and never look anywhere else.

  We have worked with Comfort Express for 3 years now. It is one of our favorite companies to work with. We have done countless trips together to many places together such as Niagara Falls, New Jersey, and Upstate New York (to name a few). Each trip is always a great experience.
  The owner, Vadim, is very attentive, always there to help out, and gives us the best deals. Drivers are always professional, courteous, friendly and punctual. They really are the best!

  BEWARE
  
  I'm a group operator and so I get to work with many charter bus companies. However, never before have I encountered such a company.
  
  I paid in advance for three different transfers, each for 650$. Later on, I decided - along with Vadim from Comfort Express - to cancel one of the transfers and leave the balance with the company for future groups instead of receiving a refund.
  
  Two weeks later, when I asked to use that balance, Vadim from Comfort Express told me they do not keep any balance for me and that I "received all paid services".
  
  I tried to explain and even sent over emails in which it is clear that we had a mutual understanding, but nothing helped. That's it. No other explanation was given and my next emails did not receive any reply.
  
  Summarize:
  Money was charged, but no service was given. Communication was cut on Comfort Express end.

  I would highly recommend this bus company, as we hired two buses for a wedding event. Everything was just perfect and we did not have to worry about a thing. Prompt, respectable, reliable and also wonderful communication to make us feel at ease. Thank you
