Approximately 1200 miles from home, waking up in the morning in an unfamiliar City to an unfamiliar noise and not feeling safe to ride, the Star City service team squeezed in my bike to an already busy schedule and fixed the problem in addition to a quick overall service check.
The delay to our trip agenda was minimal, and I had the peace of mind that my bike would get me back home safe to Ontariowhich it did!!!

I have nothing but good things to say about this shop. They have a very knowledgeable parts staff that is always going the extra mile to get me what I need and a good sales team that will take time with you and make sure you get a deal you are happy with. I have bought a few bikes there over the last couple of years and buy almost all of my parts there. I would highly recommend checking them out.

While solo moto-camping the Blue Ridge Parkway I had a rear tire go slick on me. Star City got me in same day with no appointment. They had the same tire (PPR4T) in stock and I was in and out within an hour.

Very professional group of people. None of the attitude you get with some of the other dealers. Even though I live 75 miles away, this is where I go to get all of my work done. I know it will be done right the first time and I wont have more issues when I leave than I came in with. It is my opinion that they are honest and down to earth people.
