  Treated very fair! They ended up telling me what the problem was and even called the Chevrolet dealership and car was in warranty because the dealership fixed it for free! So yes that made me really happy. Thanks SAE for going the extra mile and getting me set up with dealership for repairs

  Not even worth a star i brought my Volkswagen beetle there to have my ac fixed and tail light and brake light bulb changed and a fuse box replaced took them two weeks to have it fixed after i called alot and nth is fixed they charged 400 bucks and still got the same problems while it was there it rained they left my windows down its all wet and molded i dont recommend this place to nobody sorry work sorry people wont happen again

  Do not use these people. I had a person to steal my car and cut three wires underneath dash on car and it shut down security system in the car. I was told to take it to Star Electric. I called and they came and towed the car there. There were suppose to call me before bill got too high. Well when I called them the bill was over $500 and they had not fixed the car. They tell me what they thought was wrong with the car and they said it would have to be fixed at a BMW dealership. Star Electric claimed they worked on the car for 7 hours, well they did nothing to fix the car. I was told by another shop they should have been able to find the problem with a scanner within 30 minutes. Star Electric WAS a good place until they got a NEW OWNER. BEWARE THEY WILL RUN THE BILL UP AND THEN HOLD YOUR CAR. DONT USE THESE PEOPLE

  Love the people, Excellent customer service, even better car service, wouldn't dream of taking my car anywhere else. Low prices for top of the line work from top of the line mechanics, will definitely go back!

  I delt with these people twice. The first time I was told the repair on my car wouldn't be over a certain price. When I went to pick it up, the mechanic said he ran into another problem so the bill was twice what I was quoted. Had no choice but to pay. The second time was with my boat, only because they said they had a mechanic dedicated to boat repair. I picked it up, supposedly repaired, and it had not been touched. Took it back...same thing. Called to take it back again and the owner told me to not ever come back to his shop because I couldn't be pleased..he refused to return my money. What goes around comes around. I tell everyone I know about my experience. Most rude, arrogant people I believe I've ever delt with.

  Dont believe a word they say star electric ripped my parents off i am pretty sure 1900 hundred dollars to replace a timing belt an a gasket.Then they charge you for a heater core thst they broke doing the other work me an several other people will be at their location every day next week carrying signs an protesting them so if they screwed you also come join us. Thank you star electric for stealing from my hard working parents
