I am very pleased with my doctor at Winchester location, but my doctor did a referral and thats when all the problems started. To get in touch with the referral department you cant contact them directly, you have to call in and leave a message in a mail box, that department stated they faxed info to a new doctor but the new doctor has never seen anything from referral department,after 4 voice mail message with no return call.
This department needs some major attention.
I have to give them a 1 star, otherwise i cant post my experience, or i would of gave them a negative 5 starresponse / report this review -

I have had an amazing experience at St Vincent!! Starting with walking into the doors: front desk staff & security they are so welcoming! Friendly smiles and amazing people! The NICU nurses are amazing! I am grateful knowing my little baby girl is always being cared for! Words cannot express how grateful I am as a mommy knowing if I can't be here she's well taken care of! I absolutely love all of her nurses! The NICU doctors and nurse practitioners are amazing as well! They go above & beyond to meet Lynley's needs! I can rest well at night knowing she has a great team of doctors and nurses caring for her! I am always informed daily on how her care is going! Everyone has been so welcoming and kind to us! The NICU front desk ladies are so friendly and amazing!! I enjoy each and every one of them! Carolyn in the gift shop she's just perfect! So sweet and loving! The kitchen staff and janitors are so friendly as well!! I just love Ms. Stella in the cafeteria! She is the sweetest lady! Overall being at St Vincent has been an amazing experience for us! I would gladly tell anyone to choose St Vincent over any other hospital!! Thank you!!

Took my sister to the ER because her oncologist said to due to a lung collapse due to lung cancer, was there over 7 hrs. then was told her blood work came back great! Took her home for a hellish weekend, took her for chemo on the following Monday, and it was then she admitted and has had 3 surgeries in less than a week! Good work ER doctors! Won't happen again, I guarantee you that!

7hrs in the ER. My girlfriend busted a stitch from a surgery a week ago it had a great deal of infection. 4.5 hour in the lobby waiting area. Before going back to a room. I understand that it go's off priority first.
Secondly this is by far the dirtiest hospital I've ever seen. Floors are nasty, the bathroom looked like a truck stop restroom. Vomit in the sinks poop on the wall both was dried up. The tray table in the room had a sticky something on it. Worst hospital ever the health department needs to step in.response / report this review -

Best hospital I have ever been to. I had my first surgery here early November and the staff was really great. Almost every nurse was very kind and caring. A very special thanks to all the doctors and staff who helped and took care of me after my major surgery. I consider myself lucky to have gotten such good treatment since I was far from home and other hospitals where I have been had nowhere near the quality of care St. Vincent does. I definitely recommend this hospital to loved ones and friends.
