These guys charged me 6 hours at 75 an hour to replace a crossarm!!!!!! BEWARE DON'T RENT SLEDS FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THERE ARE PLENTY OF OTHER PLACES TO RENT FROM IN TOWN

The sled I rented was new and I did not experience any issues with it. My complaint was I had originally reserved the sled for four days. I had a family emergency where I needed to immediately leave and shorten my vacation by one day. Ron at St. Germain rentals would not provide me with a refund of the unused day, stating that there is no refunds for early cancellations. The rental agreement does not contain any statement which outlines cancellations. Ron needs to improve his customer service and add cancellation language into his rental agreements or work with his customers.

This place makes there money on high priced repairs. I highly recommend you choose another place in town. We are a crew of 7 that travel up every year and will never use these guys again.

My family and I rented four Skidoo sleds model MXZ 600s from St.Germain Rentals for the week long trip. The owner Ron and his son Jason are two great guys. The sleds were in top notch operating condition as well as physical appearance. We did not did have any break-downs at all, just one drive belt needed a change on the trail with the new spare stored in the sled.5 minutes later we were back riding. Oil was included in the rental and we topped-off whenever we went by them on the trail. Ron even dropped-off more oil for us at our cabin when our riding took us away from riding near their shop. We easily put on about 100 miles per day and all went well. This is the best sled rental experience in my 10 years plus of renting sleds in the area. If you want great sleds from people who really care about their equipment and making sure you have a great time then ABSOLUTELY RENT SLEDS HERE from Ron & Jason Rhodes..they are simply THE BEST !!!

St Germain Rentals went above and beyond to help us when we discovered problems with our SeaDoo on the first day of our vacation. Without Ron's help we would have lost DAYS on the water.
Quality customer service like this is rare. You are truely a jewel in the Northwoods. Thank you!response / report this review
