Walking in to St. Cecilia is an experience of its own -- a gorgeous hall that simply put, takes your breath away. The decor was outstanding, and easily the best part of the experience.

We ordered two appetizers, oysters and a large charcuterie plate. The oysters were fresh and delightful.

The large 'salumi e fromaggi' dish was where things started to go south. We got a massive amount of salami and prosciutto, with ~6 slices of cheese. Not only was it irrationally unbalanced in amount, it had no rhyme or reason. The meat, cheese, and the different mustards and jams simply did not go together. The dish itself felt like it was for 4-6 people, not 2 people (we didn't get a heads up from the waitress, but given how disproportionate the meat was, I almost feel like it was an issue with the kitchen that night, but my guess is as good as anyone).

For my main dish, I had the raviolini. I was happy to see the portion size was reasonable (got a good amount of ravioli), and combining the ravioli with the trout roe and crispy prosciutto was delightful. However, it came served in what can best be described as a watery / buttery liquid. The liquid which i'd be hard press to call a sauce, was just absurd. I just don't know what the idea behind this watery liquid was, it felt like they had left way too much of the pasta water back into the sauce, and it just ended in a mess. It made the roe hard to get and you quickly lost the crispy prosciutto which was quite sparse.

I'm baffled by how poor it was given the price and aesthetic quality of the restaurant. Overall, I cannot recommend the experience I had, it just seems like the menu is missing a lot of work -- for what it costs, its just was not worth the value.

Space is the nicest in Atlanta. Food is very solid, but not spectacular. Brunch menu was a little confusing (you get to choose one main dish and get antipasti buffet--at first it seemed like the whole menu was a buffet listing!). Good service. The bar is absolutely gorgeous.

Great selection of food and drinks with a high end ambiance. Wait staff was super friendly and helpful. Good selection of vegetairian options and ability to customize many dishes to be veggie friendly.

This restaurant has a very nice ambiance and good service, however, I found the food to be somewhat lacking. The octopus was good, but not great. For the high-class aura and high-price menu, I expect great food. I also had the crab meat dish (forgot the name) and was quite disappointed as the food was not only a bit too salty but the presentation also was lacking creativity (unlike the octopus which has a nice presentation). Overall, the experience was good, yet did not meet my expectations for such a high priced restaurant. Plus, the place was empty, which I thought strange for a Sunday night.
