Great costumer service. Been going to them for everything boots. Shirts pants belts buckles. They will order for you if they don't have it in stock. Best shop ever.

I came into the store today fully prepared to drop some cash on boots and a belt to get snazzied up for Saturday night. I am only here for a short while and left my boots and the rest of my country attire back home. My mistake but, I was willing to spend the money and get some new boots.
Apparently, I don't fit the genre or the typical type of folks shopping because I was not assisted. One would assume that the salespersons would have observed the fact that I kept pulling, different sized $200 dollar boots off the shelf trying to figure out which ones I liked most; that someone would have come over to get me in the right size. Well, long story short-it didn't happen and I left with my $$ and all.
If you fit the mold they are looking for, you'll get great help and have a great selection. Otherwise, perhaps the online option is best.response / report this review
