Cool Dreams did a tint on my Mercedes Benz. I am so protective of my BENZ, but Cool Dreams did an awesome job with the tint. I will highly recommend them to anyone. The service was fast and accurate, great customer service, friendly and professional atmosphere.

Amazing! Great friendly professional service! They put my custom decals on my truck and trailer, and it came out perfect! Then I had them add a clear protective film to the side of my trailer, and I think that is neat too! I didn't know that was available. They take the time to explain everything, and the price was great! Nice people!

Absolutely the worst service in town. I took my car there last week they killed the battery and left it out there. And when I ask why? They say it's not our job. Don't waste your time go elsewhere.

For being lied to about the nature of heat blocking as it relates to percentage and because there is hair and debris behind some of the tint, as well as air bubbles. When you pay 650 dollars for a product installations premium options you had better deliver perfection. As an additional heads up the clear film does not block any sunlight or heat at all, and you can tell by simply comparing how sunlight feels on your hand when you place it underneath the film, and place it outside of your rolled down window. Without sunshades my car traps in loads of heat, as if my windows weren't tinted at all. I've had it for about a month and a half and doubting it off and on it was all in all a waste of 150 extra dollars, and there should be a class action lawsuit pursued on that particular product, as it only succeeds in making your view of the road slightly grainy. Further lawsuit should be pursued on forcing tint products to notify customers of the correlation between tint darkness and actual blocking of the sun. Cool dream's little "screw you" was to have a demonstration of oldest to newest products lined up to demonstrate their ability to block out heat and light. They did not all have equal darkness and so the demonstration is dishonest, even if the newest model could theoretically compare at the same level of darkness to the oldest model of tint.
I was prepared to spend so much money up front because I didn't expect to be so utterly scammed. The back three window tints were fine actually (95%) I have much less of an issue with them, but before tinting my two front side windows with 35% and utterly wasting 150 dollars on what amounts to clear sticky plastic film on my front window I should have been made aware that percentage directly correlates to heat-light blocking, regardless of what new technology carbon whatever makes up the actual window tint. The asian girl working as cashier specifically made it a point that tint darkness did not correlate to heat blocking when I asked about what levels of tint were available in the older models of tint available. She knew it wasn't true and that they couldn't sell their overpriced S9 if they told the truth.response / report this review -

Great experiance with this place. Had no idea about tint prior to getting this done. They explained what type reflects the heat the best and the price for each type, but no pressure what so ever to buy the most expensive stuff. They had a very accommodating schedule and told me they would need my car all day because it's an SUV. I dropped it off at 8am and was called at 12pm saying ready for pick up.
