This place is a joke it offered a free cupcake for my birthday and a free cupcake for opening the account. When I got there to claim my prize they made me prove it was my birthday and prove that I open an account online although or even though they can already see it. The manager of the sudden cupcake Haven offered to the call the police on me because I was proving a wrong what a joke I never go there and I ain't paying $4 for a f****** cupcake
I got the cupcakes for my husband's birthday and they were very dry with so much frosting, also the lettering was pink instead of blue. As of today have not received a response from anyone. The product was not worth the price, I should have picked some up from Wal-Mart.
Worst customer service received by Chelsea (name on receipt). When we tried to give her own sprinkles reward information she said she did not know what that was. She then took the phone number said we didn't have a rewards account and was rude the whole time.
I average spending 25 dollars a month at the Scottsdale stie (not ground shaking but these are cupcakes after all.) Most likely will not be spending any more there though since there are plenty of cupcake places around town.
Good bye sprinkles hope Chelsea learns how to treat customers.
For the first "cup-cakery" in the country they sure didn't try very hard on their recipes. You'd think the owner of this company and judge on Cupcake Wars would know how to make a decent cupcake but if their recipes came from her then it's a rip-off from box cake. Nothing special, bland flavors. If you're going to treat yourself to a special dessert don't waste it here.
I was there in the afternoon during business hours and saw a few people in line so I used the Cupcake ATM and got my vegan red velvet cupcake. It was fast and simple. The cupcake was decent and I appreciated the cake to frosting ratio, unlike most cupcakes which are grossly over frosted. The reason I'm not giving this five stars is because there's only one vegan flavor.
I used to love going here because they are one of the only places that offer Vegan Red Velvet cupcakes (my favorite). It is easily over a 30 minute drive from where I live but I don't mind splurging every once in a while since I do love their cupcakes and it's a nice treat, however their customer service is TERRIBLE! Last week, I drove out to pick up a late night snack. I got there around 8:50 and tried using the cupcake "ATM" for 2 red velvet vegan cupcakes.. The machine then charged my card, and no cupcakes. I walked around the corner and by this time it was barely 9:00. I figured the doors were locked and I was out of luck, but I pulled on the front door and it opened up. I stepped inside and waited for the girl who came from the back and tried to explain to her the only cupcake I wanted was "unavailable" in the ATM and to see if there was anything she could do. Before I could finish, she cut me off and demanded I leave the store immediately since they were closing. I tried telling her the front doors were unlocked and if they aren't going to allow people in their store they should be locked, and she told me I needed to "get out".. So I left and drove back home with nothing.. The girls here are always extremely rude and unhappy. Isn't the point of a cupcake ATM to access cupcakes when the business is closed? IT SHOULD BE STOCKED WHEN THE STORE CLOSES!!!!! It also took the store 3 days to process a REFUND to my card for the charge on cupcakes I NEVER got! RIDICULOUS! So unhappy!
WHY CHARGE 50 CENTS FOR A FRICKING BOX!!!!
$4.00 CUPCAKE $0.50 BOX. = RIDICULOUS
Had several flavors and disappointed by ALL!!!
Carrot caketastes like hot tamale candy with carrots.
Peanut butter chip/chocolatecake tastes like nothing the frosting was good tho.
Vanillanot good at all ESPECIALLY if a kid won't eat it:(
Sprinkle cupcake was the WORST!!!
Margarita cupcake was probably the best one but the lime flavor needs to be amped up. Salt was good on top :)
DEFINITELY OVERPRICED
50 CENTS A BOX IS RIDICULOUS!!!!!
Super disappointed. I'd rather buy a box of cupcake mix and make some myself. The cake was very weak in flavor and the frosting was way too hard and sweet. (Tried red velvet, triple cinnamon, pineapple, and double chocolate)
Only reason I give it 2 stars is because their snickerdoodle cookie was pretty good.
But hey, people come for the cupcakes. Not the cookies. I won't be going back.
So delicious and grwat service. The cupcake atm was so much fun although pricey. Make sure to go in and get the mini cupcakes then you don't feel as guilty.
CUPCAKE ATM!!! Yes, the cupcake ATM is a real thing. The cupcakes are very good and the ATM is fun to use but the prices are ridiculous.
I have tried to like cupcakes from sprinkles but overtime I seem to go the cupcakes are dry. I get the red velvet and it seems like they do not know how to make a red velvet cupcake. They are also very small for their prices compared to other places nearby.
Monique ('Mo') the manager went out of her way to make our daughter's class mini cupcakes very special including a special heart on top of each of them, as well as stickers for every student. Thank you so much Monique and Sprinkles for the wonderful touches and attention to details to bring magic to events!!
Pretty good cupcakes. A bit costly for the product but the general population around are the affluent type. Good selection and the cupcake ATM outside allows for purchasing cupcakes after hours. Very dense, so one cupcake is definitely enough
