My mother was in Springview for three weeks. She came home stronger than she had been in years. The staff were excellent. They encouraged her to improve her strength so she could be independent again.

Springview took great care of my mother for the 2 years she stayed there.. the staff is professional and always made my sister and I feel at home, no matter what time we showed up to visit her. Alot of BIG hearts there.. Thank you Springview

My mom is at the manor (short term) but the therapy she is getting has be very bad. I would not recommend this for anyone who is looking for loving, caring therapist. They may sound nice on the found but we have come to find out they have been bully’s and have stated that they like to make it hard for their patients and hurt them until they the patents start hitting at them. Well I wonder why. Plus by the time the food gets to the people down in therapy the food is always cold and they are very short staffed. One girl said she is having her hours cut in half. That really makes it bad for all of the patents there. Now I wish I had chosen a different place for my mom.
Bright side is that the other girls who come in to look after her are all very nice and do as much as they can to help the patents there.response / report this review -
