    Mr. Bonnoront,

I was in yesterday to pick up a supply of ileostomy kits. Last month you were out of the caps – this month you were out of the bags. Your staff was dismissive and condescending, making it seem as if I should manage your inventory. One even said others use the product; well that is not an excuse not to have it on the shelf; it is an excuse to keep it in inventory. The attitude was just come back tomorrow; well I have to work for a living; so my schedule should not be any business of your staff. I have a Ph.D. in business and I consult on Supply Chain Management. So believe me when I say, I know the failure was not on my side but rather on your inventory system.

I can guarantee you if you were dependent on these supplies, you would not leave yourself vulnerable to having the bags leak. They do so after 3 days due to the plastic breaking down from the stomach acid and insurance only leaves you 10 a month; so no room for a bag that might fail early, and they do.. My condition was caused by a careless surgeon; and it is a very upsetting and difficult thing to deal with; I don’t need the additional frustration of not having the product unavailable when I need it. I have had to spend 56.00 dollars to have supplies overnighted to my current location; all because you want to save a few turn dollars.

I will not be doing business with your pharmacy anymore, and I will encourage others to find alternative sources for their needs.
