This is a really nice downtown hotel with all the amenities you would expect from the SpringHill brand.
Everything is very new and the fact that the pool area, with amazing spa, is open from 7am until 10pm is awesome. Yes it might be cold outside in late October but just the chance to dip in the spa is well worth it.
The bar closes a little early at 10pm, later would be better if you’ve been out for dinner and fancy a night-cap 10pm is too early.
All in all a great hotel, on-site parking is $15 but there is a large town parking structure across the street that is free.
Whilst here if you like your beer pay a visit to Spring River Brewing just around the block, great food menu and amazing beers.

Clean, affordable, modern vibe, great location downtown, friendly staff, free hot breakfast, lobby bar, public computer, fitness center, small heated pool/hot tub. We parked on the street by front door. There is a parking ramp across the street. The Vertical Market is also across the street and an interesting place to see. The ski runs are behind the hotel. Very short walk to every little shop and touristy attraction downtown!

Can't say enough here. New hotel but they did a great job. Location is amazing to walk around town. Rooms were spacious. Beds were still firm and comfortable. The room decorations were tasteful and comfortable. Felt more like a suite than a hotel for sure. Gym was clean, pool was clean, staff was friendly. Highly recommend.

Great location! View of the mountains is amazing. Each room has a refrigerator, microwave and a comfortable sitting area. Nice outdoor pool and laudry facilities. Staff is friendly and helpful. Wonderful place to stay!!

Super nice staff and incredible place to stay all around. Highly recommend. Great bar, breakfast and has a very good fitness center.

Rooms were clean and staff was pleasant. Concerns were addressed immediately. Had a parking garage. Free parking garage just around the corner. Easy walk to the town square.

Nicely appointed rooms. Very quiet and comfortable. Beds are very nice, sofa has a trundle bed as well so 2 additional people can sleep in the room, one on the sofa, and the other on the trundle bed. Some light switches may take a moment to find on lamps is all. Service is what I would expect, breakfast is typical of a Springhill

Very spacious rooms and a friendly staff. Close proximity to the town square putting you close to the action of Jackson. You can easily walk downtown and enjoy the night life and not worry about catching a ride back. There is a nice parking garage you can access for a small fee making parking easy. There is a pool and hot tub that are well kept with nice outdoor seating. There is are also comfortable seats around a nice fire pit near the pool. Free breakfast in the morning is also a huge plus! Would definitely return for another stay.
