Drove down from Raleigh to purchase a used XT250. Snuck in at the last half-hour of the day and were still given the time to test ride the bike and get everything finalized. Prices are consistently much lower than the competition - selection of new bikes is great since they carry multiple major brands and have a large showroom. Totally worth the trip.

I purchased a 2017 Slingshot from Bryan at Sport Cycles and was extremely satisfied with the buying experience. I have purchased many motorcycles over the years and had become very skeptical with dealers always wanting to add lots of fees onto their advertised price. Not Sport Cycles. They gave me up front, fair pricing and made me feel like a valued customer. I am from the Atlanta area and have lots of dealer choices. I would not hesitate to make another trip to NC to purchase from them again and highly recommend them. Thanks Bryan.

Wonderful experience! I just purchased my first ATV from here and had honestly just about given up before finding this place. After a long drive to another out of state dealership just to find out they had not been honest in their pricing and several other failed over the phone deals and online quotes, I was really reconsidering if I wanted to purchase one or not. I dealt with Brian and he gave me an honors out the door price with everything included, even tax. I told him what I wanted to put down, the financing term I wanted and an approximate payment I was looking for. They worked everything out. The call me with the final details, then I made the almost 4 hour trip up there, hoping the whole way up there it wasn't another waist of my time. It most definitely was not. Everyone was very friendly, no pressure and they took care of everything. All I had to do was sign the papers and drive off with the atv I wanted with everything I requested. Brian was wonderful and so were everyone else. They are very busy, but I went on a Saturday. I would say that speaks for itself because I don't think that many people would be there if they weren't doing something right. I was still on my way in about an hour or so. I was not the only out of state buyer there at the time either so that should speak for itself as well. I would definitely make the 4 hour trip again for such good service and honestly. They also don't add on a bunch of fees or try to pressure you into extras or extended warranties. This is how sales and service should be everywhere!

Although these guys have a great selection, I feel their customer service is lacking. I called a month ahead of time, had them hold 2 brand new dirt bikes in their back room. Month later I walked through the door and paid cash for them, no financing. It took what seemed like an hour for the lady to "ring it up", then I asked to have 2 helmets added into the cost. Had to be rang up separately. Ok, no problem. She couldn't ring the helmets up herself and passed me off to someone else I had to go thru 3 people before someone could actually ring up 2 helmets. really?? All the while everyone there is either walking around like they're lost or looking like they are super busy. Keep in mind there's about 10 staff up front and like 3 customers in the whole store. You guys need to "tighten up". I expect more when I walk in and spend $4500 of my hard earned money with you. On a side note the 2 guys who delivered the bikes were excellent.

Awesome bunch of folks. Jody really bent over backwards to help me pick a sport bike after 34 years on Harleys (my mid-life crisis purchase is a crotch rocket instead of a Corvette). Even the owner was very personable, which is unfortunately kinda rare in the motorcycle biz. And their OTD prices were way below anyone else's. They'll get all my non-Harley business from now on. It's an hour and half drive I'll be glad to make.

I have been doing business with Sport Cycles for years. I DO KNOW THEY ARE HANDS DOWN THE CHEAPEST YOU WILL FIND. Don't waste your time price shopping. I have been a HAPPY CUSTOMER FOR YEARS. Easiest buying experience so far, Jeff and the sales team were a huge help and got me in and out in 30 minutes. The drive out there was completely worth the $3,000 they saved me over other dealers around Charlotte. They won't waste your time with outrageous freight/prep/dealer fees, I highly recommend Sport cycles!

4 buddies recommended this place to me. T Will be best price you'll find as long as you pit them against others with out door price over the phone. Theyre the only place that had the SE model I wanted. They sell a ton of bikes and you can tell this while there.
---Make an appointment if you're closing so u don't have to wait for the one lady who fibalizes purchases.

Purchased 2 units here over the past 5 years or so, and each time the experience was flawless. Recently had my RZR 570 worked on in the service department and I was very impressed. They are honest and hard working and will go the extra mile without charging an arm and a leg. I drive all the way from Charlotte to make purchases and have my units worked on.
