  Half the time they do great haircuts, half the time it's really bad. It's inconsistent.

  I am a regular and always have a good experience. The stylists are friendly and do a great cut. Feels like you are just kicking back and relaxing. The hair products they sell are great as well. The wait can be long but if you check in online, the estimated time it tells you to arrive is usually spot on.

  Added my name to the wait-list online, was informed 25 min wait which was perfect. I arrived at the location in 20 min and noticed that it now showed 30 min in addition to the 20 I waited. Now I was on deck but after a minute someone else walked in and my name got moved down the list agin to another 15 min wait. I get you have your favorites or regulars (I come here regularly) but this is unacceptable for them to pick and choose like that. I am pretty upset at the total wast of my time and walked out. I do not recommend and say proceed with caution or plan on at least 2 hrs or more for a simple cut

  If you like waiting in long lines over an hour then this place is for you! Their scheduling system is the worst! On 1 occasion I made a reservation, got there on time and waited for 1 hour before I asked about my scheduled appointment. Then I was told my hair stylist called off and they just forgot to remove her or tell me. 2nd occasion, I show up this morning as soon as they open at 9am and they say it's still an hour wait! Told me to check in online, but guess what? Their online check in system wasn't even allowing check ins since it was too early. How in the hell is the place packed with people coming in early before you can even schedule online and causing over an hour wait before they even open!

  It was my first time at Sports Clips in quite a few years. I had just moved to the area and figured I would try going back. I was welcomed and taken care of in a kind and efficient manner. Then my stylist Becca was very friendly and helped me get the right haircut and did a great job. And going for the first time was told about and given their free mvp treatment which is a big reason I will be going back. Amazing experience and a great haircut as well!
